Kelvin helped me out and was probably the best banker I've had. 100% excellent customer service!

If you ever need help with a lost stock certificate or bond, go see Emmy Cheng-Branch Manager in Sunnyvale. She is patient and will walk you through all the steps. In fact, she will assist you with everything related to your finances in a professional and kind manner. My father passed away, and she provided me with the help I needed. Thanks so much, Emmy!

The lady at the front wouldn't let me in with my wife who was inside, even after someone left. She says, "do you really need to come in?" So cold and superficially fake nice. Definitely have had warmer greetings

Unethical; vindictive driven by immaturity and greed. Went in to open a savings account w/deposit. Greeted by WF employee Anita Choi. Told her I wanted to open a savings account for deposit. First question she asked me after looking up my records was if I had a job. She ordered me to sign/endorse the checks in front of her without specifically telling me if there would be a hold on it or not. Very evasive. Stopped talking to Anita Choi and deposited checks in ATM. Funds made avail 24h later. Anita Choi reversed the deposit and put a hold on the checks. Never interact w/ a banker if you can help it. They distort the policies to try to make money off you. I use the ATM to deposit all my checks wo signing them and funds are available a lot faster than having to work with one of their bankers. The reversal from deposited funds to hold bounced by Visa payment. Filing a small claims lawsuit vs. the CEO in SF. Called up customer service; they say they have no record of anything. This is consistent with the penalties they have to pay the federal government for unethical behavior.

Pretty terrible branch. Can't change money without ID. I am a Wells customer, but why the third degree? With all the plexiglass protection for the tellers, this must be rough area. The staff's view of customer service is pretty limited; unmotivated to say the least. I will keep driving and find a better location next time I actually need to physically step inside a WF branch, which is pretty rare -- and now I am reminded why!

The person that helped me today wasn't that friendly. She asked stupid questions and I expected better customer service from them. Would rather go to a different Wells than this one from now on.
