“Got off work and started my night commute, got a flat up the street on El Camino, 20 minutes before they close. They knew I was in a bind and I asked if they could help me out and drive to my location to plug the tire. Since they didn’t have a mobile air compressor, they plugged it and drove me to O’Reillys to get an air compressor, came back and filled it. I did tip them and payed a bit extra but sure was better than calling for roadside.”

“So I’m in here a lot …but came in for service yesterday to get a nail in the tire repaired and turned out I needed a new tire ordered (Range Rover Sport), but they the tire in early (7a?) the next morning and I was able to pick it up by lunchtime that day. Before this I’ve been able to have them repair several other cars tires before this with no charge (which is amazing) and they have always been able to get us on when we needed it. The product/finish they advertise on their website is 1000% accurate and then some. My wheel came out better than what they said it was going to be. “Couldn’t be happier with the results. Nico does great work. I needed to get my bumper replaced and painted because I hit a traffic cone on the freeway. No collision insurance so needed to find a shop that would work with me out of pocket. Nico worked with me on an affordable solution and even helped me find the correct fog lights that were damaged from the traffic cone. “I was in a really bad car accident. I was calling auto shop after auto shop to try and find someone to work on my car. I was coming across people that were trying to overcharge me or didn’t want to touch my car because of how bad the crash seemed.I called Miguel’s shop and received a call back minutes after. He came to look at my car and said he would be more than happy to work on it. He explained everything to me in detail and even helped me get my car towed to his shop from my house. Fast forward a few weeks later, aside from giving me such a great price for the work he had to do, he did an amazing job on my car. It looks good as new, you can’t even tell that my car was crashed.He fixed my suspension, bumper, replaced my tire and painted my car. It drives and looks great! I couldn’t be anymore happier with his work. Not only did he do a great job but he is a very genuine and kind person which made it a lot easier for me to trust him, considering that a lot of other mechanics were taking advantage of the fact that i was a female dealing with this situation alone. “Edrick and the whole team at this location are tru professionals who will not try to rip you off. They have a free tire check station and usually can book for a tire repair or replacement online within a day (depending on your type of tire). They have a new point of sale system that may or may not send you a text to alert you when your car is ready. Most people just hang out in their lobby or go for a long walk in the neighborhood behind it while waiting. Note to all who haven’t visited this area of Palo Alto, it can be a cell phone dead zone. They have wifi in the lobby but I cant say if it works or not since I went home while they were working on my car and came back later. They are a very popular spot so be sure to book ahead if possible!”
