What a roomy store! There's lots of space between different sections to maneuver around, and a lot of self-checkout stations. Every section is fully-stocked, and the people who work there are very helpful and friendly. I was especially pleased with the nice selection of fresh flowers and reading glasses.

I wanted to say that today I had a great moment with Natty whom works at Whole Foods. While there we realized that the meal had a mistake and she didn't miss a step to fix the issue with a solution that was more than helpful as we aren't so big a family and her experience in dealing with things on the fly was apparent. Our family has been coming to this While Foods since moving to the area almost 3 years ago. The team here is great and even better anytime you need to call on them for help or advice anywhere from what veg to look for, what fruit is novel or what meat works best with what plate. AMAZING!!!Thank you!!!!!Dan

Conveniently located in the heart of Sunnyvale at the newly renovated Towncenter. The best thing is that Whole Foods is now owned by Amazon, this means not only any shopping experience is guaranteed & enhanced as any online Amazon purchases, also if you live or work nearby, you can now drop off your Amazon online returns (minus the boxes!) at the return counter next to the Produce Section, and it's easy as 1-2-3, unlike your USPS or UPS where you may still need to wait in long lines & depending on who's at the counter, a slower process.Whole Foods produce section is full of regular or organic yummies fresh fruits & veggies. Perhaps one of the best experiences is their ready to go deli counter where you can pick up restaurant grade foods to go, perhaps after dropping off an Amazon return, in the same trip, how good is that!

Worst experience ever!!Purchased whole chicken and asked for small cut and skinless, this is what we see after reaching home. Please remove your display board that says that you will provide custom cut for the meat.

This was a delivery order. Disappointed with the quality of three of the items in my order, gave three stars as they were on time. Surprised to receive a pumpkin pie slice with smashed crust, soggy stale watermelon & misshapen red pepper. Usually I can count on top quality items from this store I guess this has changed for delivery orders(?)

I've always been a fan of Whole Foods, so I stop by their stores frequently. They are all nice establishments, but this location is my favorite so far! There's just something about this one that makes me feel alive as soon as I walk through the door. Maybe it's the upbeat music they sometimes play or the general ambience / decor / lighting (mad props to the design team!)... or the clean aisles with ample spacing + great product placement... or the nice employees... or the fact that I get a city-beneath-the-surface-in-a-dystopian-world vibe from this location at night (yes, I watch too many sci-fi movies).Whatever it is, this Whole Foods has a certain je ne sais quoi that keeps me coming back. Obviously, this is subjective, so your impression will be different, but all I can say is they must be doing something right since fellow Yelpers like Phil A. have also mentioned how nice it is here. This has been one of my second homes when I'm visiting the Bay Area as I could hang out in the store all day. I apologize to their security department since they probably see me all the time and wonder why I'm here so often, but I blame the designers for doing such a nice job with the place... it's not my fault!! This store has a Floodcraft taproom and coffee bar + adjacent seating area where people play board games and study, so it's not just me hanging out here. The only weird thing I noticed at the time of this writing is that they don't seem to have any designated recycling area with containers for things like food waste and empty bottles / cans. Maybe the store is so vast that I haven't found it yet (but I did try), in which case this would be my fault (because srsly, a Whole Foods that doesn't recycle...? What the heck??). But if there really IS no recycling area, this needs to be rectified ASAP (because again, a Whole Foods that doesn't recycle??). I'm hoping it's my fault for not being able to locate the recycling area...But regardless, I now have another side quest: check out other Whole Foods throughout my journeys and see if I will ever find another I like more than this one... I think it will be quite difficult!

This Whole Foods Market is conveniently located inside Sunnyvale Town Center, where it shares the same parking garage with the? Target ? store next door. The place, in addition to easy parking and locale, is very clean, lots of fresh produce, meats and also a deli counter serving ready-to-eat meals. But the best of all is its Amazon Merchandise Return Counter!!! No need to include the shipping package box, they just require the item you're returning, and they scan the item into their merchandise return tracking system, and that's it!

Nearly impossible to get through to the bakery department to order pizza. Wait time is usually at least 10 minutes. Never ready at the estimated pick up time either. There's a general feeling that the employees just don't care. Myles, the store manager, didn't seem that interested either. Shame to see this place go downhill.

Remember to double check the amount when checking out at this store! After dinner today we went to buy veggies. The clerk lady almost charged us $17 for a single bundle of spring onion worth $1.7, because she somehow put the quantity as 10.Thankfully we found out and asked her to double check. We know it’s an accident but she also shows an indifferent attitude. She simply corrected it and said “oh ok, there you go”…

The shop is clean, well organized. The indoor parking is right connecting to the shop entrance. It has more self checkout counters than cashier registers. Overall it’s pleasant to shop in this location.

I am upset about the rude and possibly discriminatory treatment I received today. A young lady cashier with long blond hair treated me disrespectfully when I momentarily forgot to pay while handling a large bag and my scooter. What's worse, I observed a clear SHIFT in her attitude when interacting with different customers, seemingly based on their ethnicity. The fact that she was significantly friendlier and more respectful to a NON-ASIAN customer.

They have a wide selection of cheese here. But my favorite part is the counters that sell frankies, perfect for a quick bite before shopping around nearby. The checkout is fast and easy and they have prime member discounts on top of regular discounts. This is a great place to return your Amazon items as well

It's very misleading. The sign said 5 mangoes for 5 dollars. But they charge me $5.60. They told me that the sale price was for prime member. The store is very nicely displayed, but everything is so expensive compared to other groceries. If you don't mind paying the extra 10 to 25 percent to walk in a nicely displayed store, then this is the store for you.

This Whole Foods in Sunnyvale has to be one of the nicest ones I've ever been in!!It looks new, it's pretty much in the Downtown Sunnyvale area not far from a movie theater. But it's huge, clean, and has a very big inventory. Everything is very easy to find, they have a food court area here also, along with a big wine section. But with all this luxury, you do get those Whole Foods prices, and they are steep!!But it's a store you could actually spend more time in than you planned, and that's saying a lot for a grocery store!!
