Lovely old mansion on the grounds that you can tour by appointment. Very peaceful and pretty gardens. Oddly, they have ostriches and emus, too. I don't know why they are there. I felt sorry for them stuck in a muddy pen.

I attended a wedding here and I thought it went really well. The grounds were beautiful, and they did a great job with the wedding & reception set up. I also tried their Red Bland & Rose, and I enjoyed both. Looking forward to going back for a full tasting.

My wife and I had an incredible wedding here with the help of Athena. Top notch service and extremely memorable. She went above and beyond our wildest expectations and it was truly a pleasure to work with her to make our wedding dream come to life. Thank you Athena!!

I just performed a wedding here as DJ Rockalot. Athena (coordinator) and the rest of the staff rocked it despite the slowdown caused by the weekend freeway shutdown

We rented a room put for about 3 hours. Pretty nice, but there were a lot of wasps.

Their afternoon is a total rip off. I’ve been to many afternoon tea venues. This place is the worst. Their sandwich are prob bought from Safeway and are leftover from days ago. They just gave a random tea bag for the tea. Totally missing the whole point of the afternoon tea, but they didn’t forget to charge premium prices. Don’t waste your money here and be super disappointed.

What a shame that the wines weren't good. The scenery was so nice! No outside food and alcohol. There's a $5 seating fee per person if a person doesn't order minimum of $5. Looks like people come here for afternoon tea and snacks. We had made online reservation for Saturday 1:00pm. Not sure if you can walk in...but it wasn't that busy. It was 93 degrees but with a breeze and plenty of shaded areas. It would be too hot to drink tea if there was no breeze and close to the 100s. Cute ostriches just hanging out nearby. Pretty koi ponds and plants. $22 for Summer flight, $25 for classic flight, and $30 for signature reds. The only wines that were sort of passable was the last two reds: 2016 and 2013 Napa Cabernets. It's owned by Chinese owners. There were two servers who spoke Chinese. My mom had a blast speaking to them. They serve other snack foods too.

My partner went here and found out that Elliston does not do wine flights anymore? Her friends and her booked a tasting reservation on the site and then when she got there she had to go through a side door to find someone who worked there, the place looked closed. They checked in for their tasting room reservation which was confirmed and is still on the website and we're told they only whole glasses or wine by the bottle (even thought the menu had 4 types of tastings!). The whole purpose of the trip was to do a tasting as team bonding so the group decided to order food which was noticeably lackluster. The staff didn't even really know the menu well and despite being the only people there and service was immensely slow and food took 25-35+ minutes. Just drive to Napa, or Sonoma this isn't the move unless you happen to be in the area.

I visited this location for a friend's celebration. The staff was beyond rude and borderline aggressive. The woman working was basically yelling at the host (in front of everyone) over the volume of the music and people's cheering due to her strict neighbors and fear of a noise violation. There is a respectful and professional way to bring up and discuss any concerns with someone who has paid and invited guests to your business - but her way was NOT IT. It killed the vibe and was downright awkward. Additionally, there was a wedding set-up on the other side of the property and the man working was observed KICKING white chairs on the lawn. Aside from the abhorrent service mentioned above, it smells like a farm. There were two ostriches right beside the ceremony and while they were cute to look at, the scent on-location is unpleasant. Not only would I not return and never recommend this vineyard to others, I actively recommend that you avoid it. For reference, I am not some random keyboard warrior behind a screen. I have posted hundreds of reviews and you can see 1 star ratings are VERY RARE from me. The service was absolutely unacceptable on what was one of someone's most special and important days of their lives.

Wine is subjective. Inexpert view is overpriced for what you get w reds, but their whites/sparkling are ok. So some may like/dislike. Absolutely beautiful grounds and nice staff. Would be 4* for food except their cheese plate is absurdly awful and cheap.

Went for afternoon tea, the ambiance is good. It's a beautiful garden seating. The tea was served in beautiful crockery- hence my 2 stars. Everything else went South. The food tasted meh( I have been to multiple afternoon tea services in the Bay Area, so I have a good idea of what to expect). The server couldn't answer a question about what's in their food, said they said they don't make the food here, and don't know what's in it. Food service 101 - always know what's in your food.Service was non existent throughout the afternoon, no one came to check on us - they brought the food and brought the check - that's it. At the time of booking, they pre-charge you a 20% tip though. To add to the woes, one member of our party got stung by a bee, a rather painful experience. Not the fault of the winery, but please be careful when you visit.( The staff did provide some ice to put on the bee sting upon request, so will give them credit for that).

Kathleen and team did a wonderful job working with me to plan and host a Bridal Shower tea. I requested specific tea scones, sandwiches and appetizers and all was beautifully displayed at each guest table and at a buffet table. Since I brought my own cake from a local bakery, they provided charcuterie trays at the buffet. We used the Wine Tasting Room which was comfortable with A/C, and guests were still able to enjoy the beautiful gardens. Great photo spots as well! Overall a beautiful and special day thanks to the surroundings and helpful staff!
