Maybe this guy who works here is sincere with his work but sincerity also needs some humility, understanding and kindness.
I just want to share my disappointment with this office.
We had our kids passport appointments last year . 3 kids came in he did only for two of our kids and third kid’s passport wasn’t done. We understood maybe he is short on time and good to come at a later day. Even though honestly it was pretty laidback chill location with no one in line empty office. It would have made our job easier as getting the kid while having them miss school is another hassle.
Several days later to today my husband stood in line early morning before they opened for a walk in I dragged my little one behind him hoping that this location will be helpful and this guy cut off at the door saying only 4 people allowed in and the other 2 including my husband were denied service.
My problem is people don’t understand that as much as time is important for them they need to know that others time is also important. I am sure it wouldn’t have hurt his schedule to honor two more people who stood in line before the office opened. But he ruined our day and time.

I went there for my daughter new passport application and the Sikh guy with turnban over there at the counter name G.B. (Gurlal)Was very very helpful he made the whole process go really smooth very knowledgeable and humble person I really hope he gets to trained more person like him. Thanks G.B.(Gurlal) For your excellent service.

Nobody was there to handle the passport walk-in at 8am. Several families were waiting outside in cold. Please show some basic decency, and at least post a flier on the door if the person in charge is not available.

horrible management and rude, unprofessional workers; did walk in appointment for passports at 8 AM (confirmed time for walk-ins) and no one showed up until 9 AM. Rude worker named ebony showed up and gave us little to no help or clarification for walk ins or timing. did not end up getting my passport renewal done (no one in line did and i was at the front). wasted an hour

The South Asian passport guy doesn't know what he was doing, refusing my application claiming missing documents. I walk into the Alviso office with the same files and got accepted.
