“First time visit during 2024 Kwanzaa celebration. WOW! Who knew Long Beach had such an engaging dynamic art scene of Black artists! Painters, crafters, all had their works on display. Given the diversity of Long Beach there may also be displays of art from other Melanated people, and others, too. That night I was focused on the Black artists. Still, the variety of artists and art mediums was impressive. Once again, a treasure. A rare gem in Long Beach. It reminds me of the William Grant Still Arts Center in LA. Worth the 30 minutes drive from LA. When you go, buy something. Enhance your home with original art. Support local artists!”

“Wife and I bought a large print and she wanted me to make a frame for it. We brought our print here and explained what we wanted to do our own frame and have them mat it and plexiglass it. They said absolutely no problem and gave us dimensions to work with. I am a Measure-once-cut-twice kind of guy so I was a bit off on the specs, thinking they would bodyslam me and kick us to the curb when I brought the completed frame back. However, again they said no issue, and the final result they gave us back was the utmost in quality. We were stunned at the level of work they did.
I will for sure use them again in the future for framing work and you should too!”
“What an incredible gallery! They carry very diverse beautiful pieces such as unique art glass and sculptures by living master artists. Definitely an above par gallery in the quality of art that they display. They also sell works on their online gallery due to low foot traffic in low season. Right across from Starbucks and Via Lido Lighthouse Hotel. I had a wonderful time exploring this gem.”

“Great way to learn some art techniques in a small atmosphere. Feels very comfortable to be in there and paint! Everyone was very helpful, even for novice painters like ourselves. “My friend and I took the Beginner Mosaic class. Our teacher (and owner) Mina, was very knowledgeable and explained the process of creating a mosaic thoroughly. Having context makes any new craft easier so the how’s and why’s helped set the foundation for learning this new skill.
It was a small group so each person received direct attention with any questions that arose.
Everything we needed was provided and we had the option of grouting the piece ourselves or having it done for us.
I highly recommend this class! Mina is an excellent teacher and has a great sense of humor.
This is a great class for family bonding or friends who enjoy learning new skills.
Bring some fun money as the store is filled with unique, artsy gift items-from wall art, glassware, jewelry, wind chimes and so much more. This was an A+ experience!”

“Huntington Beach Art Center is a wonderful gallery and an absolute gem in Orange County. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently attended one of their openings and was very impressed with the caliber of the art on view in their beautifully immaculate, museum quality space. “This is one of my favorite stores on Main Street in Seal Beach. It carries a delightful variety of angel items whether it be figurines or artwork or religious gifts. It also has beautiful jewelry. The owner is very helpful and very sweet. And it's a wonderful place at either regular times and/or during the holidays.
