“I have lived here for some time and moved. I really enjoyed living here, how ever the rent was just to high for me. It was pretty quiet in my section not to much noise, I had the best view of the mountains every morning.”

“The best properties that I've seen for rent in Susanville. They are not brand new homes but they are well maintained and it looks like a lot of care goes into their work. Major maintenance issues are taken care of promptly (I had a broken pipe in the irrigation system). Overall a good experience and Ashley would respond to my messages in a reasonable amount of time.”
