“I'm from NY and was picking up a truck in Redding, CA, 6.0 liter diesel. I was to drive it 3000 miles home and as you'd expect grew very nervous about having problems that may have needed to be fixed before putting that kind of mileage on the vehicle. I met with who i think was the owner and he was delightful to deal with. He dropped what he was doing and spent probably 15 minutes with me going over the truck. He had great insight into what was done/needs doing and gave me invaluable advice. He did all of this knowing he didn't have time that day to do the fluids i initially inquired about. I paid him $50 for his time which he was reluctant to accept. People like this are hard to come by in life. You walk into shops now-a-days and are usually greeted with hostility from the get go. This gentleman greeted me with a smile and spent time on me knowing he wasn't even going to work on my truck. If you read this, THANK YOU. you really helped me out that day and made the rest of my drive much more stress free.”

“For one, there friendly, good atmosphere, and if they don't have what you want, they will order it for you. I've bought my last 3 sets of tires there and recommended 2 people who are also happy with there services and knowledge. Also, when you get your tires rotated, they will also change your oil. Do an all point inspection, they offer alot more than just tires. Speaking of tires,, the Hercules brand, I recommend. All my rigs are happy with em'.”

I highly recommend checking the MSRP sticker and making sure the vehicle you're buying has the features you want or can't live without. There was a mistake made in what the vehicle was equipped with. Instead of saying "I never said that" Matt Biasley admitted he made a mistake. Honesty from a car salesman. Thank you Matt this was the second vehicle I have purchased from Matt and Susanville Dodge/Jeep. I stayed local and with people like Matt I'll keep coming back.”

“The ladies at the desk were amazing. They took such good care of me! The technician was awesome, too. I thought I needed a lot of work on my car, but once he checked it out thoroughly, he only found ONE thing that needed fixing. Honesty is very hard to find in the auto care business, and I was beyond pleased with this business in that regard. I went in expecting to pay an arm and a leg but ended up only paying a wrist's worth! ? I feel good knowing my car is safe for my daughter to drive and my grandkids to ride in. “This shop is great, completely satisfied. My family and I broke down at Antelope lake. We needed a new transmission. Juan and the shop owner worked miricals to get this job done in a timely matter. Even when the only replacement transmission was in Missouri, we made it home for my daughter in laws baby shower. Thank you all.”
