“Keith and Juan are the very best!

I lost my serpentine belt on my F350 Super Duty 6.7 while traveling north to Oregon. I arranged with my roadside assistance provider to take my truck to Susanville Transmission.

Keith and Juan dropped what they were doing and accessed my problem and determined one of the idler pulleys failed. Keith immediately got parts ordered while Juan began disassembly.

They also found some other issues with breakdown and made permanent repairs as well. They started this in the afternoon and had me out the door the next afternoon, mainly waiting for parts to come in.

I was so impressed with their professional level of work and customer service. I cannot thank them enough.

“The absolute best Tire shop I’ve been to. Stunning service, prompt change of tires. We had a popped tire from off roading and some protective undercarriage damage. Jason gave us 3 exceptional options. Immediately came out and checked out the car with us, alleviated any worries that we had about damage. Measured the tread wear, knew the standards for my Subaru. Checked the back for used tires that would work. And then gave us two options off roading and Toyo. The entire time we was professional, light and bright attitude, kind and first thought was the customer rather than upselling or making money off of our experience. 10/10 above and beyond care and service.

“I'm from NY and was picking up a truck in Redding, CA, 6.0 liter diesel. I was to drive it 3000 miles home and as you'd expect grew very nervous about having problems that may have needed to be fixed before putting that kind of mileage on the vehicle. I met with who i think was the owner and he was delightful to deal with. He dropped what he was doing and spent probably 15 minutes with me going over the truck. He had great insight into what was done/needs doing and gave me invaluable advice. He did all of this knowing he didn't have time that day to do the fluids i initially inquired about. I paid him $50 for his time which he was reluctant to accept. People like this are hard to come by in life. You walk into shops now-a-days and are usually greeted with hostility from the get go. This gentleman greeted me with a smile and spent time on me knowing he wasn't even going to work on my truck. “We called his shop based on the food reviews and explained we were traveling from a different state and headed through that state to another one and that we think our radiator just blew. He told us he'd stay till after closing to look at it and see if he can help us. He went way beyond what he needed too. He fixed us the next day and helped get the truck up and running.
