While Rob at High Sierra Collision was very busy he was willing to help us. He made many phone calls and finally found someone to repair our vehicle. We were back on the road in 4 hours. “I really cannot praise this shop enough. On the afternoon of July 3rd I was passing through Susanville driving home to oregon when I noticed my car overheating. Every mechanic I could find was closed for the Holiday and Chris was finishing his work for the day. I pulled into his lot desperate for help and Chris spent the next 4+ hours helping me get back on the road. (to the best of my limited understanding) the fitting connecting my radiator hose had crumbled fromthe inside. that fitting along with the hose were shot. Chris literally worked a miracle to get me back on the road. He said that he realized I couldeasily be stranded for days because ofthe timing, (just beforejuly 4th holiday) and he would hopethat if someone in his family was inmy position a mechanicwould help them out. there really are not enough people like this left in the world today.
