“I picked up the rental in Susanville California. I thought it would take awhile to get on the road..so I woke up extra early to pick it up. There was no need... the rental was ready when I arrived. The young lady who helped me out was so sweet and she was very easy to talk to. She answered any questions I may have had! I was out of there and off to Reno Nevada in 15min flat! I made it to my destination without any mishaps. The car was clean and beautiful inside and out! Great gas mileage and the return was so easy! Thank you Hertz you made my trip possible!”
