Unfortunately the lady who did my haircut "misunderstood " what I wanted. So now my hair is to the nape of my neck and I look like lord faargaad from Shrek! Told her I wasn't happy at all she made me pay for it and I left sobbing. Won't ever go back there. -2/10 in my book. Should of waited and went to Haven.Service: Haircut

My wife called to cancel her appointment this morning after our kid got sick and couldn’t make it, and they were extremely rude to her. She was also going to ask if she could reschedule for later if possible but not after being talked to like that. Hopefully it was just someone having a bad day, but as someone who runs a business that was highly unprofessional.
