“We were driving home into Reno from Northern Cali when US395 was closed due to the Bug Fire- we had to turn around and go back to Susanville. The gentleman working the front checked us in quickly, we were also hauling a Bull 🐂 in a large stock trailer, the guy at the desk brought us a bucket to get water for the bull! Rooms were very clean, I was impressed with the rooms quality! great, but the front desk guy went above and beyond.”
“The staff was courteous and polite. The hotel room was clean however because the governor Gavin Newsom, the taxes are incredibly high it was half as much again what it cost for the room for taxes.”
“Was trapped in a snow storm need a room it was cheap and affordable comfortable room and free breakfast if I’m stuck out there again will definitely stay here again”
“There was a fire. Place is being remodeled and it's a little mess in slow progress. But knowing them they will make it nice again. Rooms are good as can be while they try to keep rotating vacancy's as needed for guest. If something isn't correct just let them know they are super nice pronto about whatever concerns.”

“Ok so I'm with my mom I'm 11 years old and this OLD MEAN Lady starts yelling at me saying I'm digging in the shed when I'm not so then joy the lady who takes care of the cats comes out of her room and starts yelling at her I would not recommend if this lady is here it's a old lady in room 148 with a black and white dog who yells at kids if u have kids watched then or she will tell the owners liesSafety: Watch your kids”
