“Vaughn Mossi and Noah Cervantes are the best and most helpful employees that Us Cellular could ever have. My old google pixel 6 was acting up and i came into the store to get a new google. I explained I know everything on everyone's phone is important but I had some legal stuff on mine! Even though the store was working with its own internet down, they found a way to get me a new phone overnight.
Not many employees will go out of their way tot help customers anymore! They are polite and wonderful. Crisis averted and all info moved safely to new phone. Thank you guys for taking such great care of me and know you are the best! Thank you US Cellular for having such awesome employees.”
