I'm new to Susanville and the lens on my daughter's glasses came out. I have been trying for a week to fix them myself with no luck. Now I'm frustrated because she needs them. I found Legacy Optomerty through a Google search. We are not patients here but I still went in and explained my problem and asked if they'd be able to fix them for me. With no hesitation the lady's at the desk said yes of course and fixed them in a minute 🥰 THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU GUYS ROCK! I wish you took my insurance but yall are so kind, compassionate, and caring.

Love Everything About Legacy optometry… In Susanville! My first visit was one year ago 2024 in January and everyone was so professional and helpful… The state of the art equipment in examining rooms was so much different than all of my appointments over my past 20 yrs in Reno NV. The telemedical appointment to examine my eyes is a wonderful experience. My optometrist today was from the state of Texas. Having my second appointment just today I did find Dr. Troy and wanted to share with him that Jess and Bailey are two of the best assets to his whole medical practice! Thank you, Legacy Optometry!

I have received two pairs of glasses in the last few years from Legacy Optometry. The staff was very professional, on time and I received the best glasses for my needs. After taking my dad to Macular appoints in Reno it is nice that we have the modern machines here locally to ensure eye health. Thank you Legacy.

When I came into the office to get an appointment V was able to help me figure out what my vision plan was and to get me scheduled. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a very good experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a good Optometrist in town. Thanks, You guys are awesome!

I called and spoke to V, she was able to get me an appointment quickly through their Digital Optometrics platform; she explained what to expect. The process was very cool and I was grateful for my technician Jordan who was with me the entire time.
