Kinda odd that Reno has only 1 Safeway. In the PNW there's a plethora of this chain store. Higher priced than most grocery stores. Mailed coupons are either, not good deals, or not coupons, just advertisement. Nothing impressive from my p.o.v . It is what it is & isn't.
