While I'm disappointed the footlong pretzel has been selling out so dang quickly, I was still able to get my lunch there and out. Ordered the same thing as usual and it remained the same taste as I remembered. I would go there again someday.

When there is a line and Hispanic kid is standing there not helping with 4 people in line and an online order being prepped before us. By the way great job! This happened January 3, 2024@ 2:05 Hispanic guy said, “ Someone called in” so what help out don’t just stand there on your phone and turn on music doing nothing and make older guy make sandwiches and ring people up. I would fire that kid poor customer service ??

Online and sign on door say open until 9pm. Walked in two minutes to 8pm and was told I couldn't be served.

Staff were very kind and helpful- ensuring we had exactly what we wanted. It was clean and plenty of seating options.Parking: Big parking lot, free parking, can even accommodate bussesKid-friendliness: Kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating. May be a little more challenging to see veggie and shaker options pending height of the chair, but staff would prob accommodate and advise what was available.

My experience dining in this establishment was utterly appalling, to say the least. While I must commend the employees, Sabian, Mathew, and Kaden, for their exceptional kindness and assistance throughout my visit, I cannot overlook the deplorable state of the food offered. At first glance, all the items appeared to be nothing short of spoiled and potentially hazardous.The sandwich I ordered only confirmed my worst suspicions. The vegetables were leathery and emitted an unmistakable stench as if they had been left to rot in the scorching summer heat for an excessive period. The meat was equally dreadful, emitting a repulsive odor rendering it completely inedible. I have never been so utterly appalled.My grievances extend far beyond the kitchen staff, as I firmly believe that the responsibility ultimately lies with the manager and assistant manager. Their negligence in allowing such substandard ingredients to be served to customers is unforgivable. I shudder to think of the dire consequences had I consumed that sandwich; it is highly likely I would have fallen victim to food poisoning or worse.I feel compelled to emphasize that the employees were not to blame. On the contrary, they conscientiously warned me about the deplorable condition of the ingredients, explaining that the freezer storing them had been malfunctioning for a considerable time.It is my earnest hope that this review serves as a grave warning to potential patrons, shedding light on the shocking display of indifference demonstrated by the regional manager, the store manager, and the assistant manager. Their actions, or lack thereof, warrant severe repercussions, and I sincerely hope they face termination or, at the very least, demotion from their positions. The safety and well-being of customers should never be compromised, and the management's failure in upholding these standards is inexcusable.

Just passing through the area and thought a sandwich would be better then fast food. Do yourself a favor and hit up the neighboring Safeway Deli. Corporate needs to pay this place a visit. The restroom was awful. Not a clean table in the place, Went to order and they were out of tomato, bell peppers, chicken, meatballs and ice. Place lacks overall cleanliness.

I gave the 5 stars to the guy working right now . NOT the store "well the owners/management"! He was out of close to half the stuff to make sandwiches. Steak, pastrami etc.. out. He was extremely gracious and nice etc. So he gets 5 stars the store for leaving an employee in the position of not having a lot of regular items gets 2 stars because of the guy.

I hadn't been to Subway for many months, but after seeing a television spot of their capicola, I wanted to return. I ordered two footlongs. One, their Italian B.M.T. which was prepared by Robert just how I wanted it. I also ordered their footlong Steak & Cheese, again prepared by Robert. Both sandwiches contained fresh ingredients, wonderful bread, a fair portion of meats, and were delicious. My only complaint is that Subway doesn't sell their breads a la carte.
