I have had nothing but problems with this dealership they sure are friendly and nice when they want to make a sale but if they mess up they take no accountability whatsoever! I purchased a jeep during the pandemic the gentlemen who delivered it to my home were very professional and kind, I told them of my worries and they got me a great warranty to ensure if anything went wrong with the vehicle I would be covered. When the vehicle was dropped off to me the sales man said the previous owner had the key and they would get it to me as soon as possible so all I had was the unlock and lock push to start mechanism not the physical key... but I called several times about this and was told they were working on it then I had a problem the battery in that key went dead and I couldn't get into my vehicle, frustrated I called and said that we had to figure something out , they said they would just reprogram a key for us then proceeded to try to charge me for the reprogramming and the key! Who does that?! Lets sell you a vehicle with out a key then charge you for the key? I think Not! As soon as I got this vehicle I immediately noticed that it was kicking ( slipping gears)and I told them that on several occasions only to met with "we cannot replicate the issue" frustrated with them because I am not crazy and imagining that my vehicle is doing this, my husband brought it back to them for like the 5th time and road with a technician who observed the issue! Funny to me that suddenly now they are observing the issue with a tech in the vehicle with my husband. I am not the only person who has had this EXACT same problem with the EXACT same vehicle and she had her husband go with the tech as well after complaining several times about the issue and them saying they can't replicate it but suddenly her husband gets in with the tech and now they can replicate it?! Here's my biggest issue in all of this.... had they of actually listened to me from the very beginning of all of this my vehicle wouldn't of gotten to this point,THEY NEVER KEPT IT LONG ENOUGH! I don't believe for one second they couldn't replicate it, I think this is pure laziness and they aren't taking any accountability whatsoever! I have had to pay how many times for a diagnostic fee only to be told there was nothing wrong and now they are saying that the warranty doesn't cover the parts! Im beyond frustrated with this place! Chris the service manager was supposed to call my husband instead he dodges his calls and now suddenly he's on vacation. BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL BE SOLD A LEMMON IF ITS A JEEP RENEGADE DO NOT DO IT!!!Services: Car leasing

This was going to be a one star review and a rant. However, it's not. I highly recommend checking the MSRP sticker and making sure the vehicle you're buying has the features you want or can't live without. There was a mistake made in what the vehicle was equipped with. Instead of saying "I never said that" Matt Biasley admitted he made a mistake. Honesty from a car salesman. Thank you Matt this was the second vehicle I have purchased from Matt and Susanville Dodge/Jeep. I stayed local and with people like Matt I'll keep coming back.

These guys are amazing! The service department saved us from disaster and got our fire truck back on the road. They were kind enough to squeeze us in when they didn’t have to. I’m forever grateful for their kindness and understanding for our situation. Thank you so very much!!!

Susanville Ford was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My Ram Promaster van had both engine light and ETS lights blaring up a steep pass, but after hopping on the phone with the dealership they were able to see me the very same day despite it being close to end of day (I live and work out of my van). Jerrika Gonzalez was especially helpful in the office, and the work was prompt in the shop. They discovered that a different dealership had done their job incorrectly several weeks prior and damaged a part that was causing the lights. Jerrika got on the phone with them and stayed on the line until she could find the parts manager and ensure that they pay for the new repair. I had to stay in town for the next week waiting for a part and Jerrika made sure that I was able to stay in the lot across the street, which she didn't have to do. Everyone was prompt, kind, and professional, and any news on diagnosis and repair were reported to me right away. I'm so glad that if my van had to fall apart on me, it fell apart only 15 minutes from Susanville Ford!

Susanville Ford treated us nicely. Just traveling in the area and they were glad to service our unit. Everyone seemed to do a good job and care about the customers. Really nice red charger on the lot too!!

Horrible buying experience. Shane Barnes was completely inept and made my buying process from out of state a nightmare.Shane Barnes had the truck shipped to my state without temp tags so I can’t drive it legally to get a state inspection. He also didn’t mail me my buyers paperwork which is needed to register the truck in my state.I contacted Shane Barnes for the paperwork and he spent a full day giving me the run around and did not send the paperwork until I finally had to send a rude message. He finally sent the paperwork and told me, LOL, as a response.I’d like the owner of this dealership to contact me and explain why this is the way your dealership does business. I’ve bought multiple out of state vehicles and all were delivered with temp tags. This is the most cumbersome purchase I have ever been through.So buyer beware. If you want to be treated as an afterthought and as a person who has to handle things that should be handled don’t buy from this dealership. Absolutely unprofessional and trashy behavior.Shane Barnes is extremely unprofessional and someone who does not take doing his job seriously. Don’t buy from him.I literally sent like 10 messages to buy a car from out of state. The most hassle free customer you could wish for. And the way I was treated was unacceptable.Thanks Shane Barnes for your unprofessional behavior and absolute incompetence.

** INCOMPETENCE or LAZY **The process of buying a vehicle is over dramatic and they are incompetent in completing the paperwork once you pay them. Make sure you walk them through the steps slowly or your forms/title/registration will be in the wind and they say to you "It's not there PROBLEM and to figure it out!"Almost 60 Thousand Dollar vehicle and they have clerical errors that cause your interest to raise on your loan.-C On the experience and better off going to another dealership.

I cannot express my gratitude for Jerrika in the service dept and the team she pulled together to get our truck back on the road and looking super slick! She is the best, and I know this because I have been dealing With different Ford companies my entire adult life and nothing compares to our service we get at Susanville Ford! We drive from Reno because we won’t go anywhere else again! You got our loyalty for good!

Our vehicle had a service recall notice. We contacted the dealership a few times to ask about the parts being in stock. Once the products were available, our vehicle was fixed and exceeded expectations. Friendly and efficient staff at this location which makes it easy to want to do business with them. Highly recommend Susanville Ford.
