I called them multiple times to make sure that they ordered the correct medication for me they kept pushing me off and saying that they got it handled. Then when I got them it was $100 more than they said it would be and not even the correct medication. When I called about it they refused to listen and said I had to come in to deal with it even though I'm 2 hours away.

Completely dishonest and the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to ever. Incredibly rude to everyone (not just me) the main pharmacist who has a heavy accent has no problem being disrespectful to even his own co workers.

Yet another store that doesn't actually care about helping customers. I suggest you go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Even the manager was too intellectually limited to figure out a simple problem and help a customer in need. What a joke. I can't believe what this country has been reduced to. Nobody actually cares about helping anyone anymore. Even if it's their job. Just wow. Disbelief. BTW, they said they absolutely could not print a label (even though the website says they can and is the only reason I drove here) and the solution was so simple. I could have just printed the PDF label at their printing station. Absolute morons. I weep for our country.

Me and my wife picked up her medication we were supposed to get 2 bottles of different medication we didn't look in the bag right away. Next morning my wife opens her bags to take her meds and the 2 bottles were the same medication and we did not have the one she really needed so we took the bottles inside and long story short they were rude to us so bad both my wife and I felt like we were drug seekers the pharmacist tried to gaslight us saying it's impossible for this to happen and we picked up one of those medications in December even thought it says 1/25/25 and we had all the papers still stapled together from the previous day and there was two papers of the same medication and the one my wife really needed but the pharmacist was just being super rude to my wife. So we ask to see the video they had giving my wife her medication and first he said we had to make a police report and we said ok we will call them and than got mad at us and said that's not what I said I said you have to have a court order. So here we are now without my wife medication for the next month because someone in the pharmacy has deep pockets and sticky fingers.

The cashier, Chrissy, was wonderful. The manager, Lindsey, was extremely unprofessional. When called for help, the manager, Lindsey, yelled at the cashier through the phone so loud that I could hear her, refused to help the cashier, and even hung up on the cashier. The manager also yelled at me across the store in front of a line of customers. This stores only saving grace is the friendly and kind cashiers, the management leaves a lot to be desired.

Took over two hours to get a prescription fixed. Pharmacist entered the information incorrectly, which can happen. However, they refused to check and blamed the local urgent care. They would NOT to look into it and told me it was my problem. They were rude to the VA representative who tried to find out what was wrong and still wouldn’t look at their end. They were beyond rude to me. When I did get it fixed they did not acknowledge their mistake or apologize for the severe inconvenience. Seemed like they were hoping I would give up as it was Friday afternoon and just pay out of pocket for covered prescriptions. Laughed at me with a lady waiting nearby after I took my prescription. I think they need retraining or staff needs replaced. It’s worse every time I go in and I’ll be looking for a different pharmacy. Walgreens needs to revamp policies and oversight if they don’t want more people avoiding them like the plague they are becoming. If I need to drive to Reno to boycott them I will after this incident. I’m sure I’m not the only person they have treated this way. Do better.

Pharmacy is out of compliance for 5 months for the 2nd time between June of 2023 and April of 2024. Their excuse it's too early or we can't reach your Provider. Demand triple the amount in cash when I can get my straps for free elsewhere. 3 months back ordered for Eat drops an then demanded $800 copay for not approved by Provider ear drops not what the Provider order. I'm on Partnership. There are no copayments for provider approved medication not approved subtitutions. They are inappropriate and insulting regard lack of knowledge regarding medication. Therefore they are fired as my Pharmacy.

The one in Susanville has the best pharmacy I was going to have to pay $600 for my boyfriend's meds and the pharmacist found coupons to make it only $55 I was so grateful!

This is not a rating of the employees at the Susanville store, but the corporate management. We have a pharmacy crisis in our town - with the closure of the only other chain drugstore here, the Walgreens is overwhelmed, and doesn’t seem to be getting any support. It’s almost impossible to get your prescriptions filled here in any kind of timely fashion, and you can’t get anyone on the phone (I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes as I’m writing this.) I’m lucky enough to be able to go to Reno to get my medication- but a lot of people here don’t have that luxury. Shame on you Walgreens! People’s health is being threatened by your lack of response to this problem.
