They usually give you a hard time when you try to cash in your lotto scrachers. I personally don't trust their card readers anymore i been scammed already, its just an assumptions but many reasons why I don't shop at 711 anymore

This has to be one of the worst stores around.. first of all what kind of brainless manager places someone who can't speak English on the counter?? Secondly I went to deposit money and they say there's a minimum to deposit when I know there's not as I have done it in other stores so when I ask where does it say that?? His response is clearly as expected " I don't know" so how the eff you're going to tell me there's a minimum?? All while they talk in their Hindu language in front of customers as if mocking them.. such horrible apu customer service ?

This 7-11 at 13919 Hubbard St Sylmar California is one of the few that has everything stocked up, cashiers are great and all of the Fresh and Hot food is excellent . The cashier on my last visit went out of the way to help me. I couldn't carry everything to my Car so the cashier carried everything for me. Stop by this 7-11 !

Only reason they are getting 1 star is because of Alex. OMG that hispanic lady is the WORST ever!!!! She acts like she know but she aint ishhhh!! Tried to buy a phone card and this lady tryna act like she know WTF but Sis is totally clueless. The had tha audacity to twll me I didn't understand what she said.... ummmm nahhhh bishhhh you don't know wtf you doing. They need to let that lady go asap!!! Thank you Alex for cutting your break short or coming in on your day off or whatever but you saved tye day. I was close to f*ing that lady up especially after you came in and told her to stfu and she still kept going. I wisg I knew her name but she wears a black liquid eyeliner and knows limited English. I personally am not racist but this lady worked my las mf nerve y'all. She needs to go @7eleven!!!!

Another 7-11 that won't take debit for lottery. Every 7-11 in this area takes debit for lottery. I won't be back to this one.

This business opened in 1970 ! Prior to that this was a gas station in the 1960s ! We kids used to fill the air up in our bike tires ! There was a grouchy old man who owned the gas station and would chase us away ! I am 65 now we used to stop there and get treats on our way home from school from Olive Vista Jr high ! My younger brother used to work there years ago in the 1980s . We used to live on the corner of Aztec and Glenoaks Blvd from 1972 to 1982 .
