Carnicería La Consentida is a preferred place for good quality, fresh, and delicious meat in LA. The meat cuts, like costillas de res and diesmillo prime, are excellent for a cook out. The green chorizo is really good but has a good amount of heat. The menudo is the best. They have a good selection of fresh-looking tortillas. The place is very clean. The gentlemen in the meat department are awesome, kind, polite, and provide very good service with a good attitude. Customers recommend it and will continue going as long as they're open.
They were so nice to help me, I came in a few minutes past closing time which is 8pm. The gentleman still helped me, his name is Jesse. He was awesome, kind and good attitude. Very good service!!

I love their costillas de res. They're meat cuts are so good. Hands down my preferred place for meats for the cook out. Jesse is always very helpful!!
