I found what I needed however I witness an incidente where a customer brought their friendly Pet dog inside and they called him what an idiot ( not in his presence), because he didn't know there was a cat in the store, when there's not any sign on the door

I have been customer for Cooper for many years. However I had a very bad experience with their customer service and they did not want to exchange the defective item that I purchased for just only an hour ago. I can notice that Cooper has changed a lot and I strongly recommend to deal with bigger companies such as Low’s, DIY and Amazon in order to be provided with a solid customer service.

Just called to ask if they carried synthetic grease and had me wait for 15 minutes just to hang up on me. You need to find people that really want to work. The store is not that big for you to check for the grease. Como on now.

Amazing neighborhood shop for all things home and garden. They always have things I need that Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t have. They have helped me with faucet needs, electrical, lawn and garden, and even cabinetry. The customer service friendlier and more knowledgeable than the larger franchises listed above. They even helped me replace/update all six of my window screens and sliding door screens.
Don’t be fooled by how humble the store appears… It’s feels like an 80’s / 90’s vibe but they are amazing.

Call to ask about a steel cable. They left me waiting 20 minutes. I drove to the place and I arrived and they told me that they didn't have the cable. It takes them 1 minute to ask those who do know. Now I wasted 40 minutes more gas. How do you think I came out more than upset. It was to curse them. but I prefer people to know that this place is not too serious about what they do.

I was in a bind in getting window screens for my work. David (the owner) came in on his day off to assist me with Windows screens for my job. He was extremely polite, respectful and humble. From his daughter the cashier and David the owner, I will drive back down to Sylmar for future business. This Company is a 5 Star business. Thank you !!

This store is like that friend who always has everything in the garage for fixing any and all things that break at home ..hands down knowledgeable professionals they make you feel like what you need done is very important prices are also reasonable you're guaranteed not to have a bad experience at this hardware store.. they've been in business this long for a reason I can't say enough good things about the workers there extremely knowledgeable. Period..

Yesterday paramedics had to break my mother in-law's window to help her. I brought the glass panel to Cooper's for repair but I didn't mention anything to the glass guy about how it was broken. He told me it would be ready in 20 min I couldn't believe my ears. How quickly I could secure my in-laws house while she was hospitalized was priceless. It was actually done in less than 15 min and in less than an hour, total time. Thank you!
