“I visited this business for the first time earlier today, and I am so impressed with the level of care, knowledge, experience, professionalism, and familiarity that Ramiro exhibited while handling my purchase.
I really appreciated the way Ramiro answered all of my questions thoroughly with sincerity, respect and candor. I really felt like he was giving me his most honest thoughts on everything I asked about. And he really helped me feel reassured and confident with the steps I was taking.
I expressed to Ramiro how impressed I was with his ability to make a firearms novice like myself feel comfortable with the decisions I was being asked to make, and the steps I was taking. He clarified to me that he had started working at that shop around the end of the pandemic when gun sales were booming, and lots of new gun owners were looking to purchase. And he learned a lot about how to handle first time gun buyers.
I just want to say that I purchased several firearms today from two different businesses, but only one location is getting a review from me.
I really appreciated a smaller gun shop with a more intimate feel, but don’t get me wrong—the selection at this shop will cover whatever you’re looking for.

“Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jean. Very awesome and good guy. Made my transition into buying my very FIRST firearm(Glock 19 gen 3) smooth as hell. Just picked it up today Oct. 2, 2023. From the first day when I walked in on Friday Sept. 15 he made it very easy for me. Answered all my questions, etc..Had to wait 1 week for the gun to arrive at the store since they were out of stock. Went back to register under my name. Once again, very smooth process. Then waited exactly 10 days which is today and now I am home feeling secure, safer and will be able to sleep like a baby every night knowing I have some type of protection.He also gifted me a cleaning liquid for FREE !!!I recommend this place to any 1st time buyers. “I usually go outdoors and shoot long distance but I went here with my friend to try out different pistols as he was trying to get a feel for what he wants. $10 and try basically all pistols was nice. Staff was great and i will return as it is close and rate is fair.”

They even went out of the way to put my firearm in the back to keep on hold without giving anyone the opportunity to purchase it before I arrived to begin my background check ! (Drove from Los Angeles To Santa Clarita) Definitely a clean & friendly environment with a surplus in equipment & aftermarket accessories for your firearm & tactical gear of your choosing. Everything from firearm storages to accessories to even clothes & much more. Only wish my home store in Norwalk was just as big & stocked up on so much surplus of options to choose from as this one is. Keep up the great work & customer service. 5* without a doubt !”

The customer service was excellent, sure I had to wait 40 mins until my number was called but Jason was able to not only take my request but educate me about ammo types, best practices, etc.
He made me feel welcomed and I didn’t feel humiliated for asking basic questions about firearms. Great works man and yall earn yourself a new customer today.”

Adam was standing out front and greeted my wife and I and chatted with us for quite a while and educated me on things I was mistaken on. That man has a wealth of info on firearms and ammo including the way the world is affecting the market or availability. “Great for FFL transfers and very helpful. The Angeles Shooting range on the same property is also great (Front desk and RSO employees are more friendly than Oak Tree, plus you pay a DAILY fee which is around equal to Oak Tree's HOURLY fee), and the convenience of being able to shoot in the same property as the FFL is unmatched vs. most stores and ranges.”
