“Staff were pretty chill. They have ammo there but they sometimes have trouble with their system and even if you're clean you can fail their background. Plenty of lanes even on a weekend morning. Gets pretty warm up there so your weapons can get slippery from sweat lol. You can take your small coolers and have them out of the way to keep hydrated during ceasefire.”

“Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jean. Very awesome and good guy. Made my transition into buying my very FIRST firearm(Glock 19 gen 3) smooth as hell. Just picked it up today Oct. 2, 2023. From the first day when I walked in on Friday Sept. 15 he made it very easy for me. Answered all my questions, etc..Had to wait 1 week for the gun to arrive at the store since they were out of stock. Went back to register under my name. Once again, very smooth process. Then waited exactly 10 days which is today and now I am home feeling secure, safer and will be able to sleep like a baby every night knowing I have some type of protection.He also gifted me a cleaning liquid for FREE !!!I recommend this place to any 1st time buyers. “After a search for a FFL to receive ammo, I saw that RTBA wasn't charging customers an exorbitant amount for the service. So, I placed my order and contacted Vache to let him know a shipment was on its way. From start to finish, the customer service was AMAZING. Having ammo shipped rather than paying the outrageous prices to buy locally, I was assisted via email to make sure all my ducks were in a row for pick up. Once the order arrived, I called that evening and made arrangements to pick the ammo up on Thursday. I arrived that afternoon and it could not possibly have gone smoother. Vache was very friendly & personable, making small talk while we took care of the government required paperwork. It was as though we had known each other for some time. Not only will I return for my next ammo shipment, but my next firearm will be purchased through RTBA as well!”

“As a first time gun owner if heard some "horror stories" about gunshot employees being disrespectful and acting as if they're doing you a favor to even answer any questions as a beginner, so I did my best to educate myself and learn what I wanted before entering any gun store so this might have been a decent factor in my experience here. Upon entering I was greeted, firmly but polite. And 2 of the other 4 total guys at the shop were pretty great dudes with the exception of the 4th guy. Fkn guy seemed like he had more important things to do with his time than be at work and have an exaggerated sigh every time you asked a question ( I asked 3) as if him sweeping up casings in the range is more important than helping a fellow 2A lover. Besides that Ammunition prices are insane. Buy somewhere else if you wanna get more bang for the buck. Haha. See what I... ?anyway. Cool place. I'll be coming around for the range often.”

(Drove from Los Angeles To Santa Clarita) Definitely a clean & friendly environment with a surplus in equipment & aftermarket accessories for your firearm & tactical gear of your choosing. Everything from firearm storages to accessories to even clothes & much more. Only wish my home store in Norwalk was just as big & stocked up on so much surplus of options to choose from as this one is. Keep up the great work & customer service. 5* without a doubt !”

“Came here right after picking up a brand new handgun at a store down the street and the staff was friendly and helpful.Getting into a lane was an easy process (waiver to fill out) and they have an assortment of paper targets to buy for cheap, or you can bring your own.They also sell some gear and have rentals but I wasn’t paying too much attention to all that.You can provide your own ammo but they will check it. Cost for the lane wasn’t expensive and I would definitely come here again.”
