“I have been coming to this laundry mat for years. Im here doing laundry and Hector is the best. He helped me with my laundry and even told me how to do my laundry with the best results. I love his hospitality and how helpful he is with me and other customers. He was so helpful and courteous. I will be coming more often. The reason why i come here is to do the mats for the bathroom and the dogs blankets and her bed. Their machines are big and clean so well. I love this laundromat. If anyone is in Sylmar this is the laundromat that you should come to. I also wanted to add that I think you need to have some of the dryers to be checked on because the heat wasn't hot it didn't dry my blankets and mats for the bathroom so well. I put 24 mins and it didn't dry it, it was still damp. I just went yesterday and it was good. The specials that they have are only on Wednesday and Friday from 1p to 6p. I think they should have one in the mornings because we have to pick up kids around that time. I feel like you guys should have 2 days special but in the morning too. By 2 days i mean like Wednesday and Friday or whatever days in the mornings.”
“I have used Sylmar Cleaners since the've been in business, and have only had a break in-between time once; many years ago. The owners are very friendly and care about their customers.”

“Clean and cashless machines with a prepaid card. Even pay using your phone. This last time I was in many (20+) of the washing machines were down. Hoping the next time I come in they will be fixed. Lots of snack machines and game machines. Last wash 10:00pm.”

“Okay laundry to go too if you’re in a pinch. Since it is open 24hrs. Wouldn’t go here as a regular laundry. I did notice it is a tad bit more expensive than other places. Yet again i understand maybe to cover the 24hr costs you know?. I read some comments complaining about the dryers. All in all i feel like my clothes dried pretty okay. ✅ Yes the appliances are a little outdated but then again if you can’t figure it out it’s kind of user error lol. Will definitely wash here if i ever find myself needing to wash late at night.”
