while ago I took the car to this workshop on the recommendation of a friend who had my accident case but it was the worst they didn't give me the car well many things didn't work anymore they painted it and didn't put the back letters on it again then I was missing a windshield and the back door no longer closed with the sensor and they never called me to finish polishing the paint and they didn't answer me anymore they definitely don't recommend it and they charged good money from the insurance.

I was recently rear-ended and had never been in a car accident before. From start to finish, they made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. They handled everything — from dealing with the insurance company to getting my car back to looking brand new.

Extremely kind and friendly owner and staff. Extremely professional. Took care of all my cars needs. Went the extra two miles to service my car. Above and beyond. My car is 2018 and he made it look like a brand new car. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I like the high standards of service at Magic auto body. Would recommend to everyone.

Be cautious when dealing with MAGIC AUTO BODY SHOP! Despite assurances that they would cover my rental expenses, which were supposed to be included, I ended up being charged by the rental company six months later because they failed to follow through. Additionally, they cannot be reached for discussion as they never answer their phone, and messages cannot be left. I only left star because it was the only way to leave a review!

I am so happy I went here. My car looks brand new! I had to get my front bumper and both fenders replaced because I got into a hit and run and had to pay out of pocket cuz the dude took off. They gave me a good price and explained to me what needed to be fixed and were upfront and honest! Great service and so happy. I would recommend them to everybody!!

Magic auto body has been helpful and courteous they heeled me Handel the insurance after the accident and I had my truck back within 2weeks like bran new hole net front end and they painted it as well there fast and efficient and courteous they do excellent work and pay attain to detail.should you ever find yourself in the position of needing repairs on your vehicle I recommend Magic Autobody in Sylmar I give them 5 starei I'll rate them ***** stars

Super unprofessional and unreliable. Don't even bother wasting your time like they did with me. Was asked to bring in my car to get it " assessed". Firstly, it's already a hassle going into the shop, no street parking, tight entrance, its on a main street. After staying there for 30+ mins he talked a lot about the parts the car needed fixed. He told me he would have his brother contact me with further details. He Took down a lot of information about my car and asked me a bunch of questions just for it to lead to nothing. A bunch of talk because they never followed up or called me like he said. Why do you waste peoples time? Just say you don't want the job and money. That simple.

It's the worst place where I brought my car apart, they charged a lot for my insurance, they didn't leave it properly, my banner was left up, the paint was left with lumps, and Mr. Cryss was even angry and gave it to me, because I told him about the lumps in the paint, and they looked apart. The whole month it stayed there and it is the truck of the year, they treated it like a second-hand car.
