Sylmar Car Wash is a local business that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers praise the friendly staff and the quality of the car wash, others have expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of their vehicles, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. The staff is generally described as helpful and accommodating, with one customer mentioning that they worked with an employee named Esperanza to ensure that the requested service was carried out. However, another customer felt that the cheapest option they chose did not adequately clean their car, with visible dirt remaining in certain areas. Despite some negative experiences, the majority of customers seem to be satisfied with the overall service, with one customer stating that their car looked "so good and shiny" after the wash. The business is also known for its flexibility, with one customer mentioning that they offer rain checks if the weather interferes with the service. Overall, Sylmar Car Wash appears to be a reliable option for those in the Sylmar area, though customers may want to consider upgrading their service package to ensure a thorough and satisfactory cleaning.
Get service at a great price. Went early in the morning 8:30 and they were down by 9:15 . Everyone is very professional and polite 😁
