I went in today with my mom and everyone was so AMAZING!!! Customer service was on POINT!! I highly recommend this store. Just keep in mind that there's a usually a wait because this store is the BEST!!

If you're so miserable at this job quit? I've only had 2 good experiences at this T-Mobile the rest are trash. The employees are so low energy while speaking to customers and give off a "I don't really care" energy. I came in today to see if I could upgrade my phone. There's this family waiting to get their T-Mobile Tuesday mugs and the guy handing them the mugs is giving them the dirtiest looks. It's your company's promotion? All you're doing is giving them mugs it's not coming out of your pocket. The poor family was trying to smile at him and he was stone cold. Then I get attended by the same guy and just as I suspected, he was incredibly low energy and speaking in the lowest possible tone. I could barely hear the guy. He was so dismissive of what I came in to do and I felt so defeated. I'm trying to find solutions to my issue which was upgrading the phone I currently have and he just "yeah we don't have that" "none of the stores have that" gave me no other solution so I just walked out. Who ever runs this store needs to focus on hiring good candidates and not just hiring to hire.

I just bought a brand new z flip 4 at this tmobile store. I paid for insurance as well. I called because the phone doesn't flip open. It's stuck i tried filing a claim and they said they were unable to approve it. I went to the actual t mobile store where I bought the phone and they told me it was a manufacturer warranty issue. They are having a lot of issues with these phone. They also said the phones were on back order. They would text me when they get a phone to exchange my phone. I received a text message today and went in to exchange the phone. The girl that helped me already had the I hate my life look. She brings out the phone and looks at mt phone and says oh no you cannot exchange this phone here. I was totally shocked because that is where I bought the phone. I had showed it to Chris the day before and he called customer service because they were giving me a hard time. Now I am pretty much paying $1,000 for this new phone that doesn't even work. They now told me to go to Samsung. Wtf! I didn't buy the phone at Samsung. What an inconvenience to your customers! I was never told that even if the phone is still under warranty I cannot even get a phone that actually works! Waste of money completely disorganized retail store they have no clue about what to do with their own products. Will be switching to another company as soon as possible!

I came in there randomly. On 01/21/2023 I was greeted with a smile and fantastic customer service. I asked for a charger for my iPhone 14 and cable to go with it. Fernando offered me a max charger and explained that I could get up to two hours and I can throw it in a backpack or my car if I needed it. I was set in my thoughts and bought the items I was looking for. I might invest in that charger if I need it but not sure yet. He also demonstrated how thick/non bulky it is on the back of the phone using the IPhone wallet.Their were two other employees in there and I interacted with a woman as my cashier. Although she was on the telephone during our transaction she seemed very polite to the person on the other side of the telephone. I also witnessed her asking her colleagues for assistance.She had a moment of time with me and she told me my total. She said to me she needed a coffee but to me she seemed very alert and chippy. If I every need something I'd definitely go back to this location. I go here often to the same parking lot because of the Chinese food a couple doors down (ChopSpoon)5/5 stars for friendly, speedy, fully stocked.

Today I arrived at T-Mobil for the first time at the Glenoaks store in San Fernando for Cyber Monday promotions and noticed every Sales person there were friendly and had great Customer Service . They attended to all customers with what they needed . I was helped by Chris who was very professional as well as very knowledgeable .He was very thorough on explaining on how the promotions worked for the customer . He went above and beyond his job skills to make sure I walked out of there more than what I expected . I highly recommend this T-mobil store and Cell phone provider to anyone who wants the best Customer Service .Thank you ChrisDenise

Angela helped me today and I believe it was the store manager who went to the Mission Hills location to get my new phone. Angela was soooo helpful! She let me know about all the promotions and things available at a great price. Great customer service. I will be returning to get my iPad!! If I could add 2 more stars I totally would!

I don't usually write yelp reviews but I HAVE to give this store 5 stars. I was trying to switch to T-Mobile and Danny and Jose were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They were so patient and helped me every step of the way, especially when it came to getting the best deals.

had an amazing experience today at t-mobile! everyone was very friendly but in particular bryan (whom attended me and my dad) was extremely helpful. gave us amazing deals with our switch from verizon to t-mobile . pretty quick and easy. very friendly and informative! wish my dad and i were able to let his manager know that he deserves a raise because he really can make a good sell with whichever situations comes to play. we had a lot of complications with our phones due to our previous carrier and he made it very easy for us so i highly recommend going to bryan with your next phone issue !! and thanks for my new phone tehe

Visited twice and both times were disappointing. Got the new s22 ultra the day it came out, rep who helped me wasn't knowledgeable about the promo. I almost walked out so I can order it online because the online rep told me something different. I took the risk and still bought the phone and contacted T-Mobile customer service via chat immediately. Somehow online rep ended up being right and got the full $400 for my trade in. 2. Turns out I wasn't getting 5G because I had an old sim which rep told me I can use. Wrong again. I needed release 15. Would've been nice if I was told this at the time. Best way to deal with them is via online chat. You have a record of the conversation and more importantly they are super nice. I lOvE tMoBiLe btw.

I wanted to say that Freddie is the best employee I encountered in a long time he went over and beyond to help me..with a problem that i had even had it being from another T-Mobile store that I had a difficult time with and no help at all at the Devonshire st in Mission Hills.store . So Went for help to the one next to my house on Glen oaks in San Fernando and Freddie was amazing he should be promoted to a manager he Goes over and beyond helping customers He helped me get all my contacts and my pictures that meant so much to me it was very difficult to get because my screen was almost blank and you couldn't see the keyboards but somehow he was a wizard and he mastered it to mirror it to their TV and get all my contacts synced in with my pictures I truly appreciate him going over and beyond and can express how great he is of an employee in a person he is

Walked in to the store today, was greeted by litzy, and wow let me tell you those eyes will make you buy anything. I told her I need a new car charger, and she told me about a recent In store promotion, so not only did I walk out with a car charger I hit a 2 for 1 special on the Harmon kardon speaker she was telling me about if I purchase an accessory. What a great experience.
