Be prepared to wait for a long time. There is usually only 1 or 2 tellers open, 15 people or so standing on line, and 5 other employees not helping.
Totally ridiculous.

Update 5/19/2024 - I went to the branch tonight for the third time in the past month and ? can't accept any deposits. I'm sick of the inconveinences and will be changing banks. All negative reviews here and nothing is don't to improve, I don't know why they bothered to remodel this branch as it's as inefficient as possible. The closest ? to deposit to is 20+ min's away; I've just had it, I'm traveling tomorrow and can't go in person.
Nice employees but service is slow and they have the slowest ?'s on the planet

Great friendly service, but have to wait 20+ minutes for a teller. Most of the time there are only 1-2 tellers at a time and branch does not make an effort/initiative to add someone to the teller when there is a long line. Definitely not proactive. The space to get in line is small and short no place to have for elderly to sit, wheelchair, stroller, etc. Not inviting to the community and demographics at all.

Employees are great but they never have enough cashiers. The manager NEVER helps when it has to do with customers in line. I might change my bank.

Terrible bank. I think it couldn't be any worse. I couldn't cash a check for a paltry 150 dollars. They are starving. They have two employees and two clients. I don't know how they survive, but I don't think it will be for long.

Started out friendly the bankers but arrogant and incompetent completed paperwork for 150,000 K transfer to set up CD then their own bank canceled it tellers on their cell phones. Bank manager gave attitude and said we don’t need your business when I said, I was going to pull remaining 30 K from checking account here

This branch is one of the worst in my area, there is always only 1 teller and the line for basic services is extremely long. Forget about coming in your lunch break, you’ll spend it standing in line.When is customers request more than one teller the manager says, “it’s only me today”Easily over an hour wait for the most basic services
