Employees are great but they never have enough cashiers. The manager NEVER helps when it has to do with customers in line. I might change my bank.

Terrible bank. I think it couldn't be any worse. I couldn't cash a check for a paltry 150 dollars. They are starving. They have two employees and two clients. I don't know how they survive, but I don't think it will be for long.

Started out friendly the bankers but arrogant and incompetent completed paperwork for 150,000 K transfer to set up CD then their own bank canceled it tellers on their cell phones. Bank manager gave attitude and said we don’t need your business when I said, I was going to pull remaining 30 K from checking account here

This branch is one of the worst in my area, there is always only 1 teller and the line for basic services is extremely long. Forget about coming in your lunch break, you’ll spend it standing in line.When is customers request more than one teller the manager says, “it’s only me today”Easily over an hour wait for the most basic services

The manager here George Paychadze is terrible, lazy and racist. He does not care about helping the customers one bit. He gives you the run around when you need him to do the smallest things. I’ve been a customer here for 20 years and I’ve always had a bad experience with him. I’ve tried to give him a chance but every interaction with him is terrible.

Worse branch ever!!!! There is always a long line the manager there named George is not manager material what so ever. If there's an issue with your account and you ask to speak to the manager you get the same result as if a manager did not exist.. No good customer service at all!!! Mis direct you. They truly do not care about having you as a client in this branch!!! I highly do not recommend anyone opening any type of account in this branch! At all.

Bro apparently this branch that I opened my account with is responsible for putting my 1600 dollar check on hold for a whole extra week and nobody knows why just feeding me a whole bunch of excuses and they added in the notes.for other adjustments I never even saw My money and they already adjusting it

Last year my daughter transferred her car over to me and my wife so we can take over payments. We did the paperwork and had issues where employees messed up the paperwork. A lien was already placed. It is now 10 months later and we get a notice from the DMV that the registration was incomplete and monies are still owed. My wife has called and left messages with those agents that we dealt with before at the bank and noone has gotten back to us. They just don t want to get involved because they messed up and made unexcusable errors. This is so unprofessional on their part. I am walking into the branch today to just ask to fix their mistake and believe me, I will not be happy about it. I have to drive out of my way about an hour because of their incompetency. Sad and very frustrating!
