I've never had a bad experience at this Yoshinoya before today, and I've been there many times. The woman, Brenda, who took my order today was extremely rude to me. I pointed out what size order I wanted--3 of the large teryaki ribeye meals. When she said the order was done, she handed me the wrong size. She argued with me, insisting that's what I ordered. I did not. Instead of fixing the order she said she would refund my money. She had me put my card back in the machine and said it was refunded. However, the receipt she gave me was for someone else's meal. When I tried to call the business, there is no answer. This is no way to do business.

The combo bowl at Yoshinoya is the best meal! As the name implies it’s a tantalizing mix of tender beef and chicken enmeshed in an array of vegetables all laid gently over a bed of long grain rice. Delicious!

Reading the reviews for this place was shocking because my experience was the complete opposite!! This Yoshinoya is located next to 7/11 and there is lots of parking in the plaza. The staff was very helpful. A lot of people come in and out, so they're constantly busy but the dining area was empty. We got our food quickly. The edamame exceeded my expectations. It was delicious!! The staff made sure we had everything we needed and they were kind. I'm not sure what the mixup is but this location is great.

I have been sick for one week and not able to eat solid foods till today. When I received my food it was disgustingly salty.Dietary restrictions: I think these intern cooks need to be monitored. I am a person with cardiac restrictions and although Yoshinoya should not be one of my top choices of foods, sometimes you want to go out of what should be the norm of cardiac diets; however, I have never been so disgusted with how salty the food was, not to mention my son paid twice the amount for delivery.I called the store to see if we can get a replacement, but I guess purposely their voicemail was not set up.I want a full refund, and if dissatisfied will no longer be a customer.Thought I had another choice where to buy a decent meal.

I would give it 0 star, if. I could. The worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I went for a combo on 08/27/2023 around 545pm. They have poor customer service. employees with a very bad and rude attitude, especially a young man named ROBERTO I don't know if he is the manager or the cook. he was at the kitchen at this time. He refused in a very bad way and anger. He even had the balls to insult me, to tell me go to hell. in front of the other employees as if he is not at his work and the restaurant is a Circus. the customers, as the clowns, and he as the animal tamer. He told me why I don't cook at home because I told him that if he felt bad or was frustrated, don't work, it's the healthiest thing for him and for the restaurant. they don't give you what you ask for as if they were giving it to you for free , he was not doing me a favor, I was only asking for half of brown rice and half of white rice. Employees like him make Yosinoya look like a bad restaurant. I don't think even the owner has that attitude with a client.
