the store is never in stock on affordable phones and when customer support tells you to visit your local store they cant do anything either and tell you to call support who then tells you to go to the store to fix your phone

They have a full on FedEx store In there. It's great and tne guy behind the counter, was so nice. He printed out some documents for me, and after I couldn't get my phone to work, he connected my phone to their wifi so I could pull up item to be printed. Excellent service!
