“I retract my one star after the scene I've witnessed today. A man walks out yelling profanities as he walked by in front of my vehicle. Later I find out apparently he tried to steal a candy bar.
I did have a statement here protecting the homeless, and perhaps he wasn't... But stealing and acting like a victim... I can't help you.”
