As other reviewers have said the pharmacy is very under staffed. Minimum an hour for prescriptions if you ask for a rush. And not because they aren't working hard, just not enough hands.

The phone system is inefficient and unhelpful and takes too long to navigate for no information. When you have to call multiple times this gets extremely frustrating and irritating. The pharmacy staff seems pretty apathetic and are not sympathetic or helpful in trying to assist you which is a huge problem when you're trying to get medication quickly.

I wanted to have my prescriptions transferred from out of state to this store. After being placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. I was told I would have to continue to wait as there were others in line ahead of me. I asked if they could call me back when they were free to speak with me and I was told that they were really "sorry, but we’re too busy to do that." i hope this feedback will be used constructively. I was basically told to go elsewhere when all I wanted to do is give this store my business. Really poor customer service/PR.

Been trying to refill a prescription for days and the two women who work there just hung up on me because "it's time for lunch".... thanks for nothing Heaven and Katherine.

I just have to say--the staff are exceptionally friendly and kind and gave my dog Cookie monster treats when she came in ?They also have a variety of items that you could use on a road trip or going to the lake, a nice little pharmacy there.It's located in the Safeway shopping center. There's a subway sandwich store next to it and a few other shops around the bend.I can't say it enough their staff members are outstanding with service and friendliness...

Made a vaccine appointment, took time off work, drove an hour (in snow) and was told "sorry, there's no nurse here. Can you come back tomorrow?"You have my phone number and email address, how about cancelling appointments?Edit: I made the mistake of going here in 2022, and the exact same thing happened. Never again.

Please answer your phone. It is a 40-minute drive for me to pick up scripts or ask a question. Even if you are too busy, PICK UP the phone and request a call back. I think everyone understands staffing is an issue, but flat-out ignoring customers is just poor form.

The Asian girl working the pharmacy is extremely rude and unhelpful. Childish attitude with zero class- getting my wife’s insulin required extra help - she needs to be fired

22 mins on the phone trying to reach the pharmacy and now still holding on the line to reach just about anyone. Needed to have medicine out of state transferred here and it’s urgent.

I mean what do you say... it's a CVS. If you need it, they probably got it. Visiting from Canada, fyi California champagne is NOT and I repeat NOT the same thing as actual amazing real champagne. Met an employee who was from Canada also!

It’s clear they are understaffed like everyone. The woman working the front of the store tonight was super nice and very customer friendly. Thank you for helping me (including the pharmacy folks who were also great) and for being on the frontline!

All the workers here are very rude, it was so bothersome I asked if kids Dramamine was in stock because although the person I asked told me in the rudest way possible to look at the wrong aisle and I even checked the right aisle and just asked her again if she was sure it was in stock. She couldn’t be bothered to walk the three feet to check. It was out of stock which is what I was trying to confirm but my goodness, it only takes 2 seconds to check for me

We placed money into the self pay and it just froze. We finally got some some young guy to help but he seemed new and didn't know what to do. He asked what seemed to be his supervisor some blond lady for help. She was literally 10 feet from us on a register and flat out refused to help. She continued to help 4 more customers as we waited forb15 min as the kid tried some things then he tried to refund us. The lady then steps in yells at him and asks why is he refunding it will mess up the registers. She then says to just give us the items. After 15 min of her refusal to help! Really! I felt bad for the kid but definitely the worst cvs/store experience I've had.
