It's great to have some fun and slide in the snow for a while. You can also walk around it.

Some might call it old timey or quaint, I call it low rent and a ripoff. $35 to sled down a wimpy hill and you have to hike yourself back up each time. The lodge is pathetic, with egregiously overpriced bare-bones offerings. The bathroom looks like it belongs at a gas station.

It's a shame to see this morning that the cost of $25 was debited from my credit card for skiing for not even 1 hour even though the person who spoke to me on Monday around 12:30 p.m. (a man) at reception said that I was only going to pay for the ski rental which is $40. I saw on the automatic cash register that I had to pay $40 and you then withdrew another $25 from my account... I trusted, I was not given a receipt... really not correct, nor honest !

First of all my husband and I don't ski. So this is a perfect way for our daughter to learn the basics of skiing. The instructors have always been very nice. This our fourth time here. We love this place.

We wanted to introduce our almost 5-year old son to skiing and Granlibakken cannot be more perfect! The ski/snowboard lessons are run by Snow Schoolers and what an awesome group of passionate folks they are! We took an hour-long private introductory lesson for the family so that our son can be more comfortable. Our instructor, Jack (whom I cannot praise enough) tailored the lesson in such a way that our son is the focus while also keeping the grown ups equally engaged. It is a very small property, which makes it less intimidating for a beginner skier like my family. All in all, a great experience, thanks to the Snow Schoolers team!

$35 for each kid to sled on 1 small hill. Let that sink in. Family of 3 with 2 adults, $175. Way over priced and won't be back.

Drove from Sacramento for sledding and they’re closed. Website and Google listing says they’re open as of Nov 19th, and prices are listed for both weekends and weekdays. If you’re going to be closed for some reason make it apparent before people make the drive.

Staff were amazingly friendly. The hill was the perfect size for the kids ages 6, 8, and 11 years old. They hiked it up and down without a problem. Nice little workout. Facilities were clean. Excellent atmosphere!

I was sledding with my 5 year old son and was badly hit by a couple who went out of turn. He was hurt and didn't want to go again. Very expensive for what it is, crowded and having to pay by session was very confusing
