The “new” Safeway is very disappointing. The Tahoe City community deserves better. The old site was better than this new one. Safeway made no effort to make an inviting store as the other 2 Safeways are in the area .

Got turned away for a case of water at 9:55pm close time says 10:00. Don’t work at a tourist location if you want to close early JULIA
