Huge market with varied vendors. Plenty of fresh produce, bakery, fish & meat butchers, jewelry and home goods, and food trucks. Will certainly be back next Thursday

Really lovely market right on the lake, everything from fresh bread to an amazing cheese maker (don't scoff at the pear ricotta or the garlic oil sheep's milk cheese) to an amazing masseuse giving massages on the beach. The market is really lovely, though as a cane user I will say that there is a very steep hill to get down and back up to get to the market and the path around the market, while paved, was severely damaged and I had a hard time navigating it because of the damaged road (a wheelchair user would be in trouble). So one star off for that lack of ADA compliance.I loved the vegetable vendors, though long and confusing lines, a great berry vendor (the blueberries I brought home were great.) The lemon sourdough from The Baker & The Cakemaker was a huge hit. That cheese from Dedricks is not to be overlooked (yes, I almost walked by, don't make my mistake and bring a cooler). We also loved the provisions from ROTI, the Pakistani vendor who had tastes of Karachi and Southeast Asia that were lovely. The produce from Rainbow Orchards was great.

Tahoe City CA. Farmer Market at Commons Beach. Open 8am to 1pm every Thursday. Not only is the location one of the most beautiful on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe I can honestly say one of the best markets I have been to. The variety of vendors from fruit and vegetables to meats and seafood is impressive! There are crafts, jewelry and CBD distributors. Clothing, bakery goods ,beautiful baskets for flowers like I have seldom seen. There is even a Cheese Lady ,"Mary" who's cheeses I will definitely return to purchase! Most of the Vendors come from over the hill in Sacramento. Which shows in the ripeness of the strawberries and cherries. I purchased olive bread and salmon that made my dinner one to remember! Everyone is so accommodating. There is wine tasting and coffee. Parking is on the street and a small lot at the entrance. Make a day of it! Bring a cooler and hangout on the green grass overlooking majestic Lake Tahoe. Don't forget free Concerts on Commons every Sunday 4-7pm. Hope to see you there,!

I love coming to the Tahoe City Farmers' market. It is located adjacent to a park and the lake. Vendors offer eclectic wellness products, crafts, and fruits and veggies. Check out the food truck and Pablo's pizza.

Limited vendors but the ones that are there offer great products. Beautiful venue right on Commons Beach in Tahoe City.

Wonderful selection of tasty items. But the people who live here are complete garbage at queueing. The most aggressive old biddies I have ever seen try and blast right past to the front of every queue. A rather combative experience in an otherwise beautiful and bucolic spot.

Completely cripples Tahoe city. Can't park anywhere to go to businesses because there is no parking in this town to begin with it also takes an hour to drive from one end of town to other because of all the people doing laps looking for parking. Farmers market Thursday suck go to the one in incline. They have way better selection of Vegas and seafood. Plus there is parking and you don't haft to sit in gridlock for an hour.

Great farmers market! Beware of Bravo Produce as they cover their scales and sometimes over mark their produce. The woman selling the produce acted as if there was something wrong with the scale when I asked her about the price. Other than that, it's a great vibe and wonderful market.

More arts and crafts than produce, but there was some there. Some of the same ones from Truckee. Jewelry, clothing, bread, coffee, wine, etc. Parking very limited.

This is my favorite farmers market! If Lake Tahoe wasn't enough of a background, it is some of the best organic produce, meat, bread and cheese! Support local business ?
