My family and I came here as access to it was included with our airbnb stay. Very convenient as it was a short walk from the house and it gave us a place to take the kids to play in the snow admission free and zero crowds. There was only 1 other group of people. There are docks/lake access, beach area, and a beautiful backdrop to relax and bask in the Tahoe beauty!

Lovely Westshore beach with two piers and many picnic tables and BBQs. Basketball hoop, 2 bocce courts, and a playground. Entrance is directly behind the Westshore market and deliver. Keep in mind this beach is private to the HOA that surrounds it.

So great! We rented a place in the neighborhood and really appreciated the amenities and how friendly and helpful the staff were. We enjoyed our time on the beach and loved playing bocce ball and volley ball.

So lucky. We rented a house up the hill. The house came with rights to access this gorgeous and private park and beach near Sunnyside restaurant. Firesign Inn and a great deli are nearby. Great place to eat takeout. In this area a week leading into Memorial Day Weekend. So quiet early in the week but buzzing over the holiday weekend. Dogs can walk the beach there mornings only. The dog owners were very good. Nice picnic tables and facilities in the park including a half basketball court.

This park is awesome! Plenty of picnic tables, a playground, a sand volleyball court, and a nice (small pebble) beach!

Friendly park staff, nice playground, picnic benches and charcoal bbq pits, and of course Lake Tahoe access! Rocky Beach, so remember aqua socks.

I am a homeowner who would like to go to our beach without being surrounded by tourists. This property is being pimped off by the realtors. It used to be a homeowner's beach but now everyone in the area has access thru friends sharing access cards. The Association rents out our facility for weddings and tells homeowners they are prohibited from entering that portion. They are self-centered and self-serving. They cater to tourists and have little regard for homeowners seeking "serenity now".

First time at this Park-accessed via my AirBnB stay during 4th of July weekend (in 2019.) Our first mistake was coming during 4th of July, this I don't recommend. It's a private park that can only be accessed by residents or those staying at a residence that has a park pass here, which was nice during the holiday because it filtered out the MTV Springbreak vibe that all of the public beaches experience during 4th of July. Here's what you can expect to enjoy: Plenty of docks to sun bathe and jump into the water and of course dock your boat, clean bathrooms, many picnic tables and grills, grassy areas, and plenty of trees for shade. And here's what you can expect that may not be desirable: No sandy beach (only river rocks), very limited beach space (at least in July 2019), lots of shade on the beach after 2pm, and limited swimming areas due to watercrafts traffic. If I had the choice to visit a beach on this side of the lake I would pass up on this park. There are simply way too many other beaches that are more enjoyable.
