I went in today with a tracking number because my package had my physical address on it rather than my post box and the guy there, flat out refused to help me when the package was tracked to the office. He even agreed with me that the delivery was in the back and I was rudely dismissed.

This place is such a hell hole. I’ve never met such an unaccommodating staff. The postmaster needs to resign.

Service has gotten worse. The attitude by staff is unacceptable. I understand that they are busy and maybe and I would be more understanding if they would convey that rather than be treated like I am wasting their time by asking for a simple question.
