Buyer beware! We met with John in March who was very helpful and kind and went with the 10x10 unit for $265 a month. 3 months later, Storquest raised the rate to $412 a month! That is a 56% increase!
John had retired and the new guy blamed him for not letting us know.
We had to escalate and were told they will honor the original rate for two more months but then charge the higher rate. They also told us they have the right to increase the rate every four months….
Update, we found another unit in Verdi for $260 a month and guaranteed to not change until 2026.

Had an excellent experience with Jackson in Tahoe Vista. He was very professional, had all the answers to my questions, and offered helpful suggestions. He was friendly enough to where I even found myself chatting with him after business was concluded. 5/5 for Jackson and the Tahoe Vista site!
