First business day of the month and this bank has ONE TELLER working. There are a dozen people in line. This is terrible customer service. Schedule more than ONE TELLER on the first business day of every month, jerks.

The customer service at this bank is horrible. I come and deposit often. I've met with one of the managers, Celin multiple times, and she never remembers me. One of the jobs of a manager is to know her recurrent and frequent business clients which she does not. Today I wanted my l balance and the teller didn't offer me a code and Celin didn't remember me. I was just in her office within the last two weeks. Every time I've had an issue and go to celin, she refers me to call Bank of America by phone. My perspective is that she does not want to work or help her customers. If this was not by my office, I would never come to this location. Managers should not be this unfriendly, forgetful and lazy.

This place is horrible, there service, there tellers. I walk in for service and there's 0 tellers at the window, two tellers at the business advantage side and a whole line building up half way to the front door on the regular side while there's people just sitting in their office. When the auto loan gentleman was approached about how they should help their colleagues and or some extra tellers and all he had to say was what do you need. It's not about what I need, it's about what about your customers need. People have lost all skills of customer service and respect for other human beings. This place is just terrible, the workers are just incompetent and just plain rude.

I've been there for about two hours, nobody helped me, nobody asked me what do you need, finally I left there after two hours without doing anything. It was a very bad experience, I never go there anymore.

Great service and very nicely welcomed. All the persons I had to deal with have been nice and patient with me and helpful and efficient. It is 2 years since I first went there and I sincerely recommend this agency in Tarzana.

What's the point of making an appointment here if you're just gonna have to wait for an hour either way, I was supposed to have a meeting with a banker at 12:00 PM, its 1:15 PM and I'm STILL sitting here waiting for this damn thing ‼‼

Today i went into bank of America and inquired with ali kordi. He was the esger to help and i am very grateful for him Here are some specific things that I appreciated about Ali Kordy's service: He was very knowledgeable about my account and the issue that I was having. He took the time to listen to my concerns and understand the situation. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Ali Kordy to anyone who is looking for a helpful and knowledgeable banker. He made my experience at Bank of America a positive one, and I will definitely be back to see him again in the future.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Visited this branch to meet with a Business Banker, and was never seen. I was told by a lady to wait 20 minutes and the gentleman would be able to assist me. After about 25 minutes, I started asking other staff if there was anyone else to assist. I was asked to wait another 20 mins, only to wait and the gentleman come out of his office not knowing I had been waiting all this to be seen! Moral of the story, don't waste your time sitting around to never be serviced.

Yes - they send you around from one branch to another. Encino/Tarzana on Ventural, Reseda on Sherman, Canoga Ave Branch, Ventura and Topagna, Fall Brook, Topagna and Van Owen. . . long lines, lack of coordination, so many people frustrated with this bank. I tried to get something notarized and they don't update if their notary is there or not and send you all around. They keep saying - use the on-line app, use your phone, call this number. . . . I tell them I did all of those things and I'm in the branch to get help after being given the go-around. They are rude and inefficient. Banks are understaffed with long lines.

Tried their bank, credit card, and stock brokerage. They all suck because they are understaffed and their online platforms suffer from underinvestment.

Weird energy. i went in to withdrawl a large sum and all was fine till I sat down to wait for my Uber. Totaling 20 minutes waiting, during this time the heavier set lady, big on top small on the bottom, short blonde hair with glasses kept prying and asking me what I was there for after I told her I'd been helped! Must've been a manager seeing she was doing absolutely nothing, Literally hovering over me, walking back and forth behind and around me, I could smell the long day on her. Another associate asked if I was ok and she yells out "yea ima start charging her rent!" As I said, I withdrew a large sum of money and didn't feel comfortable waiting outside, though there is nothing wrong with me waiting in the WAITING AREA anyway. Weirdo, do better at this location.

36 people in line ahead of me and six behind me. Two tellers. No one coming to assist. Even people waiting to open new accounts aren't being helped. This is beyond ridiculous. Terrible situation.

This bank is the best reason to change banks. Always a long line. Always short on staff. Terrible experience. I cant imagine getting a mortgage from them.
