“In August of 2023 Classic Colision started the repairs needed due to an accident. From the start of the estimate to the completion of the repairs I was completely amazed at the professional and warm way I was treated by Brian Findling, the service adviser. In my years of needing the services from collision repair services I had not expected that. When the car was completed it looks like new. A few weeks ago I noticed that some trim on the door was coming off. Being a minor repair, before going to the dealership we have been using for years, I thought it a good idea to check with Classic Collision to see if they could fix it. Brian recognized me and the car whenI came in. He took the time to check his past records and realized that the problem of the trim part comng off was the fault of Clasic Collision. He went to his manager Keith Parker to discuss the situation and both concluded that the repair would be at not charge. To have this type of service, unfortunately is a rare occurance. That is why I must highly recommend Classic Collision in Chatsworth and the two men who are resposible for their service.”

“Okay, I normally don't leave reviews for this kind of stuff but I am compelled to write one because of how AWESOME they were. I went to SIX different places around West LA looking for an estimate to get some paint peeling, rust, and bumper mess up repaired. I kid you not, they were 1. The lowest price compared to the other body shops that I went to. 2. VERY easy and quick. To my surprise-I dropped the car off Tuesday, they had it fixed by THURSDAY. Everywhere else quoted me "at least" a week. You have to pay cash, but that's fine! I will take that any day for the best price possible. I honestly was skeptical at first because (as someone else mentioned), there was no written estimate, just a handshake from Vago (the legend-he's very serious but knows what he's doing clearly.) and I was verbally told a price. They indeed kept that price, and literally I can not even see where the damage used to be in that spot. It looks BRAND NEW. Thank you thank you! Amazing small business. I highly reccommend V&V Auto Body to anyone in West LA. They were literally just all around SO GOOD.”

“Nick, the owner, met with us regarding replacing the glass in our 30+ year old French doors. He was very knowledgeable & personable & fairly priced also.Johnny & Todd, who installed the glass did a fantastic job! They encountered some difficulty when the glass would not come out easily. They needed to break the glass so as not to ruin the existing door frames.The job which was supposed to take a few hours turned out to be a whole day.They did a great job cleaning up!!We would not hesitate to refer Aladdin Glass to our families, neighbors, & friends!!”

“Well, lets's see... if you have a chip or need a windshield repair, this is your one stop shop. I found it on google based on reviews. When I proceeded to check out the shop in the back alley area, I was approached by Mark who stopped what he was doing to check my windshield. He immediately knew where the crack was and said he could fix it even at the last minute. He did state the shop isn't responsible disclaimer for repairs, but stated his shop fixes windshields they don't intentionally try to break windshield for business. I came at the very last minute around noon time and Mark was ready to fix windshield on the spot. Tell me that isn't exceptional service? My windshield is fixed flawless when no place said it could be fixed. He did charge me a flat rate cash only, but point being windshield is fixed! Saved me $400 dollars. Thank you Mark for pure excellence and customer service that exceeded my expectations.”
