Charged me 4$ for a bic lighter and im a neighboring business. and he was even trying to charge me $5... i have a business, and we beat competitors prices just so we don't ever overcharge someoneThis person went the opposite way. he made an extra 2$ from me, and lost my future business forever over it. congrats, i don't know how you sleep at night charging the community double for a standard lighter. Bic should not allow this awful business to keep price gouging people.

Had dinner down the street and was in the mood for an evening cigar, quickly searched the closest cigar shop, and am very glad I found this place. Was welcomed when we came in and I began looking through their great selection. Few minutes later, George(I hope I got his name right) came in and asked if I needed help. Told him my preferences and also that I'm just getting into cigars so he pointed me to certain ones after I told him my price point. Really appreciative of his time and help, it was very welcoming to this cigar community. Unfortunately was not able to enjoy the lounge, which was very nice; but will definitely come back to this location and also check out their other locations that are around the valley.

I am rather new to cigars and was hoping someone could start me off on the right path. Jon there was super knowledgeable and walked me through the process. From getting a humidor, to going through all of the brands. Explained the flavors, the regions, the different companies, history, etc. He has serious knowledge and was more than happy to help and was just a cool guy in general. I highly recommend this place and know I will be going there for many years to come.

Hours of operation are not realistic! Online states 10am, I was standing in front of the shop at 10:30am and for 15 mins called the number associated with this business to hopefully get ahold of someone. And nothing, no answer. Hope this shop can do better in the future.

This is my neighborhood spot for the Friday Night Stogie, has the best selection of cigars in the valley. I come all the way from Chatsworth area every time I get the chance because not only do they treat me like family they are fair on their prices. Always a good time walking in those doors and always leave a happy customer. Great surrounding area, ample amount of parking across the street and i can grab my coffee for my stoges on the corner
