the pharmacist has been trying to steer me away from cvs for months by withholding my medication or excuses that were completely false .i continued to go to cvs at this location regardless of the mental torture and disrespect .because i know cvs has great leadership,as long as they receive the correct information ,when laite the store manager has been telling me to go someewhere else and falsley states my medication is out of stock or not available for the past 30 + times ,each time can be seen in medication history dating just past month from january 8 2024 to today feb 7 2024 forcing me to go see doctor for new each time with chronic pain and costs that have skyrocketed ,spending the whole day going back and fourth multiple times a month for the same reoccurring pain prescription that has been prescribed from the same doctor who is a licensed pain management specialist for the past y18 months due to failed spine surgery,all 8 mri's and cat scans with or without contrast available for evidence ,diagnosed with pain from nerve and spinal injuries including spinal stenosis,toraminal stenosis,central canal stenosis,chronic pain from disc misreplacments,narrowing of multiple discs ,bulging discs ,compression to cervical spine causing severe chronic pain !!!!despite providing all information requested ,other bias reasons .liat pushes for me to go to another pharmacy.jeopardizing my physical and mental health to suffer daily from pain and stress of embarressment and false accusations and responses that are and were 100 % false and untrue to not having the prescribtions in stock or delayed or not available ,steering me away from cvs to walgreens across the street or other independent pharmacies,mainly for her own relegious beleifs ,profiling me to other pharmacists in store ,to not dispense any medication and denying service for complete untrue accusations misapplying the cdc opiod guidlines in ways that have harmed my health vigorously.in the past six months 25 + times i hjave been lied to that prescrbtiopn is out of stock or some other bias and false ,untrue reason .embarrassingly denying service due to out of stock and not avalibale,always being pushed to take business somewhere else than cvs. ,despite p[roviding all the information,having doctor call from his office,spending my money and time for several trips back and forth sending me back or having me sit for long periods of time at the cvs branch which she manages ,spending multiple days a month on same untrue and false reasonsto not dispense my medication .on feb 06 2024 after another prescribtion and another reason to discriminate .liate requests call from doctor himself,i stay for another 2 hours waiting for him, to see me again due to laite wanting more information regarding prescribtion ,the doctor calls in front of me on speaker phone and aghain the doctor tells her to follow cdc guidlines and stop making patient suffer based on bias reasons ,stop discriminating!! he again does not take her bullyness,she responds ok i would like to see the cdc guidlines ,the dr .sends her the guidelines.i go back to pharmacy to pick up after being denied multiple times just this month on jan 25 for untrue statements of out of stock ,delayed or othere untreue reasons to discriminate.i arrive to pick up and laite left shortly after 5 ,other pharmascist sees me and says we cant dispense for you only laite can,i say that is not fair i spent the whole day ,prior weeks to provide well pleaded facts .the pharmacist (farah) calls her in front me, laite says she doent feel comfortable and im a liability !!!!!after sending me back and fourth and my dr .documenting all the discrimmination.unfortunatley laite also marked other pharmasicts to not fill my pain medication requiring only herself to deal with me ,making me look like a drug abuser ,embarrassingly every single time ,other pharmacists would be scared to help me because she is the manager and they don't want to lose their jobs.laite on behalf of cvs violated the patient (me)by discriminating and relegious profiling based on u

Worse customer service from the pharmacy team. They are extremely rude in answering to people wether is over the phone or in person. If you cannot handle long lines of people please don't work there. Your store has a bad reputation of being nasty towards clients. Stop being rude and be courteous. You have a job thanks to the public.

CVS pharmacy has a banner at the counter that states free flu shots here ! No small print or anything , I made an appointment on line and booked an appointment they asked if I had insurance I answered no and was able to book it , only to find out when I got there they wanted 62.00 or insurance, I mentioned the banner they couldn't give me an answer

This store employs one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I have shopped here for years and every time I've have encountered the male employee with the longer black hair, I have been treated with unacceptable rudeness. It is astonishing that this person has not been terminated. I will no longer be a customer to this branch. With so many people out of work, it makes no sense to me that this person has not been terminated. Everyone else at this location has been extremely nice and helpful. I have never left a bad review on Yelp before this. The last time this employee treated me with unbelievable rudeness and condescending attitude, I filled out the survey leaving my concerns. CVS emailed me and we're extremely nice and apologetic. Then several months after this I went to this location again and was treated in the same rude fashion by this same employee. Disgusting

No idea how this place is still in business with the reviews they get. I have already had many horrible experiences at this location and my doctor accidentally sent a prescription here recently, so I was unfortunately forced to go again after swearing it off. The lines are always so long, the staff at the pharmacy are extremely unhelpful. There is barely anyone that actually works in the store, so God forbid you need help finding some thing. Truly, I have no idea how this place is open still. There are so few positive reviews. I have no idea how they are still operational.

Please do not go here. I beg you. They've messed up on our presciptions on more than one occassion, the pharmacist and the other staff are not helpful, and the lines are always terribly long. I'm currently looking for a new "home" pharmacy to avoid this place. You've been warned.

Disappointed to have driven here to use my $5 coupon on my CVS card that expired on 4/7/23 at 11:59pm at the location of store you are purchasing from which in my case is PST in CA. The coupon was gone from my app and I was at the store at 10pm PST.

I might actually have to pull out a dictionary right now just to find the words to describe how dissapointed I am with this particular CVS. The two times that I've have been here, I had to wait more than 15 minutes just for somebody to come unlock the restroom. I left both times because I was literally about to urinate in public because the staff wouldn't unlock the restroom door for me. They always say somebody is on their way but they take so long that I just end up leaving. When this happened to me the first time, I was cool about it. I understand that at times businesses can be under staffed and it may get busy. I'm not an unreasonable or impatient person. However, When it happened to me again today, I was so upset that I felt as though I had to go write this Yelp review just to express my frustration. The owner and managers of this CVS should be ashamed of themselves for such blatant incompetency.

I gotta give a shout out Janet there was an issue with my sons prescription but she moved mountains even calling the urgent care that prescribed it to get it done right. Truly appreciate that, if you need something done here ask for Janet!

The Pharmacist Dr. Loftler and Joseph and others 'helped to Save this US Army Veterans LIFE'. They deserve 5 stars! 5 straight years I battled Cancer - Haed/Neck, Lymph Nodes, then Melanoma. 3 times hit hard and they NEVER FAILED ME. They called my home asking, 'How are you james is their anything we can do to help?' who does that? This pharmacy does. They care.
