Be careful for the pharmacist wanting too much information on pain medicine. I shouldn't be discriminated against because I have pain. I was. My Dr wants me to complain. Because it's not their job, it's their job to fill the prescriptions that's it. But if you're like me they won't fill my prescription now. Either will Walgreens and CVS they raised their voice to me and made me feel horrible. It's bad enough what I go thru on a daily. To be treated this way was awful. But CVS tends to fill RX that Walgreens won't. Just some of what I know. And it's usually very busy. Almost always a long line.

The pharmacist here, a persian lady who refused to provide the Medecine to my sister who had a copy of my license & updated insurance card. She was mean & rude to her & ended up not giving the Medecine. I will never go back to this CVS & will start using Walgreens more. At least the pharmacist will be more knowledgeable & will follow the rules & regulations which is in place to care for the customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

The most unorganized CVS that I have been there.
Noone knows what is going on. I went window to window and still waiting for 30 minutes to pick up the medicine that supposedly was ready to be picked up.
Employees are so un caring and don't pay attention to patients.
Hope someone does something soon before we all change the pharmacy.

I like this store because it’s open 24/7 and because of that it’s very convenient for the community to get their necessary items and medications weather is prescription or over the counter at anytime. The staff at both pharmacy and the store are totally helpful and friendly and the store is mostly filled with a lots of right products and competitive prices and the store has been always clean and bright every single time. Thank you CVS Tarzana team!

So a 24 hour pharmacy that is really not open 24 hours....closed for staff breaks...CVS you need to staff appropriately when you are the closest pharmacy to a MAJOR HOSPITAL that defaults to you for all discharge medication. What a joke.

I have never encountered any type of problem when shopping at CVS. This is my favorite location. The store is clean., organized and the staff are helpful and courteous.
