I thought I had reviewed this pharmacy a while ago but looks like it may have been on another site. I’m so happy with Serko and the wonderful service, knowledge and attention that he pays to getting me my much needed medication and giving me the cash discounts when my insurance cover some items. I used to go to Desoto pharmacy and when they closed permanently I found this gem in Tarzana! Truly a great mom and pop pharmacy with knowledgeable and caring staff. Serko has gone above and beyond. I’m truly grateful.

After I left the pharmacy yesterday I thought - I should write a review. These have been the best experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy or pharmacist. So kind! So quick! And the music is great. Even a call to let me know my mediation is ready . What?! So, I say - self- go and write a review so people know! Of course I find a slew of fantastic reviews . This pharmacy really is this good and the pharmacist really is that kind-knowledgeable- and - I'm gonna say it - he's cool ! ( and he has gone out of his way to include my 11 year old in our dealings. My son said - "Mom, that's a good guy " when we got in the car. That's more then he said all the way there. Haha. ) Anyway - I recommend you check it out for yourself.

Excellent pharmacy with fast and professional service. I’ve used many pharmacies and the difference here is that Dr. Serko has exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and service. I am now a customer for life.

TOP SHELF CUSTOMER SERVICE & GREAT DEALS Serko is the most genuinely caring pharmacist I have ever encountered. I was unable to find the version of the medication I needed (the one my insurance still covered, that didn't make me sick to my stomach and that actually worked). I was calling everywhere for hours on end and was getting the same response, "We don't carry that and we don't know where else you should look."' When Serko's assistant heard my plight, she was very polite but said that their pharmacy didn't have the medication, either. To my surprise, I received a call back about an hour later from Serko saying he knew why I couldn't find what I was looking for and that he had ordered the generic that was covered by my insurance and that worked (!):; further that he'd go ahead and offer it to me near to his cost. He explained that he had gone ahead with the order on his end because he had found two months worth of what I was looking for and that he had found that it was sold out or on back-order everywhere else. I was shocked! He and his team had gone out of their way to search for my medication because they knew no pharmacy was going to be able to discuss availability with me. Talk about customer service! When I went in to pick up my prescription there was great music playing and the atmosphere was totally chill. The space also felt and still feels well-ventilated and very clean. I couldn't believe that people had gone so far out of their way to help me even when there was barely any profit involved. Sadly, when I recently called in for my refill, Serko let me know that once again my insurance had changed and that I would have to pay 4-5 times the copay at his pharmacy than what I'd have to pay at the chain that was affiliated with my insurance. He said that he was sorry to see me go but that paying $10 vs $40-$50 was just a no-brainer. I'm hoping that when you read this you'll choose to make this pharmacy your own so he can continue to offer excellent customer service and great deals to the community. We need more people in this world like Serko.

Great pharmacy run by a thorough and caring pharmacist. It’s a bit out of my way but I drive there because of the service Dr. Soultanian gives me. I have never been so well received at a pharmacy like that and I am now a customer for life.

i walked into this pharmacy being recommended by 2 people in need of a last minute prescription refill before my flight , Serko and Arman were such great help. i was feeling so anxious and they were able to help me right away. I even had a misunderstanding with my doctor and they were able to call my doctors office and take care of everything for me. i am very grateful for them to be able to help me out as i was rushing and upset about my prescription mistake. i will recommend this pharmacy to all my friends and family! Thank you guys!
