Terrible for small kids, do not go here if you have some small children. Better to go to ER where they know how to deal with kids and they’re not so rash, rude, dismissive and unaccommodating. Zero bedside Manner in dealing with children. I’m not sure about adults, but they were very dismissive parental concern. Ladies at the front also rude. Place looks nice and clean though.

I love this except mainly because of the handsome xray tech jay, he was so helpful, very caring and explained everything to me in full detail which made my overall experience amazing !!! Two thumbs up

I had to go here a couple of times because American Urgent care is closed on weekends. This past weekend I went there because I had flu like symptoms. While no other patients were in the clinic, I had to wait 35 min to go in. There was no doctor so I saw a nurse practitioner. She was asking me what I want her to do!! I said I’m really sick, I took Covid test and it was negative. She said “what do you want me to do?” I said “I don’t know, take Covid and flu tests!” She said ok then walked out. After 15 min someone came and took the test. Another 20 min wait (for the result to come in, I get that I had to wait for this one) she came in and said they are both negatives ! Again she asked “what do you want me to do?” I asked for more tests, she said they can do the swab test and asked me “ from your mouth or nose” I said “I don’t know! Which one is more accurate” she said “good question, I’m not sure” anyway they did the test, she sent me home with NO Medicine !! I suffered all weekend took over the counter cold medicine. Called on Monday morning for my result, they said it’s pending. I said would you call me when the result is in? They said they only call if it’s positive! I said is there a portal I can check the results, they said “not this one since we sent it to outside lab” I asked “when will the result be in” they said “they don’t know” I asked if they can call me when they get the result they said “ it’s not our policy we only call if it’s positive” I explained “I am a teacher dealing with kids I need to know if my test is negative. Can you leave a note so someone can call me when the result is in, even if it’s negative? Or tell me when to call back” the guy whose name was “Andreas, replied “NO, we only call if it’s positive”

Love it, fast and a great customer service. You don't wait in a line for hours, everything is done with a timely manner. They value not only their time, but yours as well. Dr Chanel is amazing, nit my first ti.e here, love it. The best urgent care! Highly recommended it!

The lady at the front desk is the most unpleasant person I’ve encountered in the last month and I work in retail so that is really saying something. Someone needs to check her attitude and unprofessional manor asap

Pretty quick wait times and dr explained things clearly, she was nice. Dr Chanel was nice and informative. Also they took my insurance which was good. The place is also clean and tidy. The entrance is on the side street, not ventura. You go up the elevator.

I've been to Exer Tarzana 5 times now, and every experience has been amazing. You're able to check on your phone how many people are ahead of you. Parking is easy. You get out of your car and elevator is right there. Most important the office is cool, nice, and very clean.
All 5 times I've had Dr. Chanel Bral as my doctor. She doesn't rush you like other doctors, she takes her time, and knows what she is doing.
1 of those 5 times I went was a borderline emergency. I had a long piece of wood get stuck on the bottom of foot, pain level was 10/10. She took it out like a champ, I barely felt any pain. Like I said, whether you're in physical pain, or you're sick, she knows what she's doing and doesn't rush you out.

Everyone was wonderful and very helpful! Andres was extremely helpful and friendly (on the phone in the morning when I called, and when I came into the office in the evening), and Chanel was also very patient and kind when she saw me. The office itself was clean and inviting. I am from out of town, but if I ever have a need to be seen again, I would happily come here. Thank you!

Wow I have only but good remarks to say about this urgent care. It was fast, quick, efficient. I brought my mother here and just after one day shes feeling so much better. PA Chanel was so kind and patient with my mother. She was seen by multiple providers for this issue she’s dealing with but no one was able to help her. Until she came here. Not only was the clinic very busy, the waiting room was packed with no spaces to sit at, however we were surprisingly in and out in 45 mins!

I love EXER Urgent Care. They’re always quick and efficient. The facility is super clean, bright and airy, and the providers take time to understand my concerns. Very good alternative to the ER for non life-threatening scenarios.
