I recently brought in a brand new vintage inspired silver ring (purchased from Local Eclectic) that I was hoping to have resized and the band dipped in gold so that I could wear it with both gold and silver. Had a whole conversation about how I like to mix my metals and was told it would take a week to complete. Came in a week later to pick up and the entire ring had been dipped in gold. I asked for it to be revised and first, the woman tried to get me to take it as is since it was already done. I told her I know myself and I wouldn't be happy with this ring as is and really didn't want to come back again. They agreed to fix and I went home. I came in last week pick up and while the band is now correct, it was covered in scratches. I brought this to their attention and was told the scratches were from wear...this was an unworn ring that I brought into the store in the bag from Local Eclectic. The owner offered to "Re polish it for free" but at this point this would be my third time having to come back to this place so I took as is. Im not interested in waiting another week to get this ring back and frankly I want this experience to be over.As I was checking out, they tried to charge me an additional $40 because "I changed my mind about going all gold". I reminded them it was their mistake and paid the original $85, but honestly, I'm so annoyed with this entire experience and having a scratched ring. Won't be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Giantto and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The store was beautifully organized and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of jewelry was amazing and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were also very fair and I was able to purchase something that I know I will treasure for years to come. I highly recommend Giantto to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry at an affordable price. They truly have something for everyone.

Great customer service. I've come in a few times. Always so nice and professional. I recommend speaking with Anthony. Their prices are also reasonable compared to other jewelers and I always love their quality Jewlery.

To anyone considering purchasing from or doing business with these thieves, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I was a young and naive divorcee with an expensive divorce to fund. I consigned my $100,000 5ct. center stone Emerald Cut G color VVS diamond, with side diamonds, Cartier style ring. As a consignment agreement, it was detailed that I'd receive $65,000 in return, minimum. I also had also consigned a 5ct diamond eternity ring on top of the engagement ring. It was agreed that all deals would be proposed to me before acceptance. Less than a few weeks later the owner, said he had to personally fly the ring to the Middle East because his client was getting married that weekend and needed the ring. I never saw more than (2) $5,000 checks after that. They did however show me a receipt in which Giantto collected $250,000 for that same ring. Despite years of calls, owner GG refuse to speak to me, calls to Betty (wife of owner) and Giantto's (son) refused to acknowledge the situation and hung up on me multiple times after Betty yelled repeatedly. I even offered solutions for them to repay me with other diamonds or valuables to my choosing, and NOTHING. This after my father spent thousands with them on custom designed jewelry and they were supposed to be a trusted neighborhood business. They are running from the law, a BBB claim, and a lawsuit. I guarantee they will no longer continue to get away with felony grand theft, codified under Penal Code Section 487 in California. Punishment for this crime is 16mos-3 years.

I popped in today for a quick battery replacement. I was out in less than 15minutes. The store itself is beautiful. Anto also offered me water or tea while I waited. He and Betty and the man who replaced my battery were very friendly and pleasant. I'll drive all the way there from Studio City to get batteries from now on. I have old Bulova watches. They're not thousands of dollars, but they are unique now and over 20 yrs old. The batteries are hard to find these days.

My mother purchased an expensive gift for my son and my son was uninterested in the item and together returned the item with ease. They didn't have to ask twice. The credit was transferred for work the store was doing for my mom and all transpired graciously to everyone's delight. I read each of the reviews in particular Jules' and I sent her a message of appreciation and suggestion of getting her appraisals is writing because sellers will compete for sales. While I respect her experience and wished her wedding ring had better memories for her, she should get valuations of diamonds in writing. Insurance companies are very generous with their time, expertise, and documentation. I've taken the time to share my experience having anticipated the worst based on Jules' review but experienced the absolute best outcome for our specific situation as new customers. Three generations pleasantly content... without having to negotiate. I generally overpay at department stores or compromise on style on Amazon because of my stereotypes of family owned boutiques while ideally wanting to support mom&pop businesses... I'm endorsing this boutique because they neutralized my anticipated concern and provided great customer service throughout a potentially negative experience.
