I have been with ITA for close to 3 years..Absolutely 5***** service. Replaced my original phone when my service was sporadic and works much better now. They worked with me when I became a chronic texter due to my job and finally got me into a plan that is perfect for me. I won't be changing to the big guys any time soon!
