This is Rosalie Shapiro, using my assistant's account! I just want everybody know that Michael Swanson did a terrible job strengthening my hair. It was supposed to be a Keratin but he decided on his own to use a different treatment without my knowledge. When I called him that he need to re-do my hair because it was terrible and I was not happy how it turned out he said to let it relax. I then had a major surgery and then he called me that I had an appointment on Thursday and didn't show up. I told him would not make it on that day because I always have another appointment with another beautician and when i want to reschedule he said HE WILL NoT do it and will never re straighten my hair ever Again! Now I am struggling and have someone to straingthen my hair every single day.

This review is for Michael. My father has been going to Michael for many years - decades, in fact. He followed him from another Salon to here, even though my dad lives all the way in Westwood and no longer drives. Michael is just that good of a hairdresser: thorough, talented, reasonable and extremely personable. Thank you for all these years of impeccable service, Michael. And most of all, for your kindness.

Amazing amazing just amazing. I love this salon and there's a reason this place has been open for so long. I happen to drive by this place and with a quick google review I walked in to speak to hair stylist Julie. My jair was a mess with all these colors from different stylist and I wanted to take all the Orange out of my hair and tone my highlights and start fresh with new design. I really got more than what I asked. I didn't think there was hope for my hair. My hair turned out to be exactly the color that I wanted and I could say even better. Also Monica who does eyebrows and eye lash extensions. She's so delightful , kind , sweet and extremely knowledgeable. I love her work and I will definitely come back.

Annette is the best! I get my hair cut, dyed and highlighted by her. I get so many compliments on my hair. I highly recommend Annette. She's kind, professional, and does great hair! The salon is fun, too. I come down from the Bay Area to have her do my hair because I love the way she does my hair so much!

I've been seeing Christina for YEARS and she has always done an amazing job. I can't believe I haven't written a review sooner. I always come in with a specific vision and it's like she reads my mind because it always turns out PERFECT. Not to mention she's just the sweetest person and super knowledgeable. I got my brows microbladed by Denise at this salon and I couldn't be happier! She did such a great job. I was so nervous but felt very comfortable after she went over the procedure with me. The pain is nothing. Denise said it feels like a scrape on your skin and she was right, it felt like a slight scrape. After she was done and I sat up, I had the most beautiful brows. They are absolutely gorgeous. They look so natural. I highly recommend Denise.
