Hamid, Hamed, and Kimberly were not only professional when it comes to customer service, but also they were very patient.
I took someone to try out their wheel chair products and they patiently took their time to walk her through everything she needs to know.
They have everything from walkers, wheelchairs, hoyer lifts, diabetic shoes, lift chairs, and everything when it comes to incontinence. I will definitely recommend this place to elders.

I got a walker for my mom from this store and honestly had such a good experience. They were super helpful, explained everything so clearly, and really guided me to choose the right one. Prices were great too. Totally recommend them!

Fantastic customer service provided by Kimberly. When we submitted the progress notes, we got call from Kimberly the next day. We were looking for a walker in other few places, the prices were super high, we couldn't afford it. The other companies stated that they are not taking medicare insurance only cash
( perhaps looking for a quick cash) . The experience was very discouraging because one of the cheapest walker costs only 450 dollars. So we continued to keep looking and we found MODERN DME Company. We were delighted and happy to hear that the company accepts insurance. I know, it is a lot of work to be put in it but Kimberly didn't disappoint us. We got a beautiful walker same day with 60 dollars co-pay, not 450 dollars cash. If you are looking for good customer service, and affordable prices this is the best place! Thank you Kimberly and the company for working with us, and with the insurance, so Donna can regain mobile freedom.

So easy to get what I needed for my mom. Kimberly was so helpful and made the process simple. They take Medicare so all I had was a small co-pay. Conveniently located in Tarzana!!

I was looking for portable wheelchair for my mom it was an emergency so reached the shop by 6.45 pm mind it they close at 7.00 pm .I met Hamed and his buddy they were very helpful, they understood what exactly i was looking for and showed me every wheelchair that fitted my need, portable and light weight plus they have good merchandise if any chance you need something in emergency, locally in Tarzana on the spot to buy.He even took the wheelchair and help me to put it in my car safely very helpful people.Good price also.

So helpful, excellent customer service! My mom had knee surgery and that night, she cracked a tooth. I needed a wheelchair to get her to the dentist ASAP. Modern DME worked quickly and made sure we had a comfortable wheelchair to take my mom to her appt.
