“To begin my review i will start by saying that i have a lot of experience in the lending business both traditional and private. Mike was the individual that i worked with from start to finish. He met me at the property on the 1st day and looked over the project with knowledge and experience that i later learned he has. We discussed the numbers and came to a tentative agreement, he engaged his escrow officer and we signed a preliminary deal. Once the escrow officer completed the due diligence we reviewed the deal, signed the closing statement, Mike transferred the money to escrow and the deal was closed. In my life this is the 1st time i have been successful with closing a loan deal in 5 days.
